Set in the beautiful village of Meonstoke in the heart of the Meon Valley and the South Downs National Park. Ideal for visitors wanting a little luxury at the end of a day of outdoor pursuits. A really comfortable bed with blackout blinds and ensuite shower room. A spacious living area, with kitchen, dining area & log burning stove. Free wifi. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Romantic 17th Century Paper Mill on The Meon River

Enchanting converted 17th Century Paper Mill over the River Meon in Warnford, Hampshire. Quirky interior with original Japanese features. Trout anglers will have a ball. There are swans, herons, kingfishers and mallards and, if you're really lucky, you might see an otter. As you can see from the photo, the Mill is just by our cottage, but we're not always there so often you'd have the whole garden to yourself. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

The Guest House, Five Trees

The Guest House is a perfect rural get away. It is set in the classic English country garden of a 16th century thatched house in the Meon Valley. It has a private deck with a hot tub. The grounds contain a swimming pool and tennis court for guest use upon request. The pool is open in summer. The River Meon, multiple footpaths and a lovely local pub are within a few steps of the property. Use of pool, hot tub and tennis court are at your own risk.
