In the house, there are 2 residential units, each with a parking space. TOP:2 is a small completely self-contained apartment, which is built over an outside staircase. This includes a beautiful, spacious bedroom, a small kitchen and bathroom that is used on your own.

Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
