Enjoy the space, nature, tranquility and old fishing villages, while cities such as Zwolle, Amersfoort and Amsterdam are easily accessible. The house is equipped with every comfort and a large garden is available for the guests. We have room for 1-6 guests. We do serve an extensive and as much as possible organic breakfast.

A living room and a full kitchen. In our bedroom with mural painting there is room for 2 persons. Also, the house is equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine.

Culture and culinary experiences are plentiful in the surrounding area. Downstairs, everything is on the same floor. People with disabilities are welcomed as well. (Host assistance, may be available based on availability. He is a nurse) Pets are not allowed (except for assistance dogs). No parties! No smoking in the house.

Welcome to ‘t Sinkhofje, where everything is available for a few wonderful days. Through a private entrance you can reach the kitchen and the small but comfortable living room. On the second you can find the bathroom and the bedroom with two single box springs. Outside on your private terrace enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.
Our cottage is within walking distance of the beautiful IJssel. With fifteen minutes by bike, the old city center of Zwolle is accessible.
