The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

As a tenant with us, you will be staying in a newly built annex. The annex is located on a natural plot in the woods with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg, 15 minutes to the city bus. Whether it's a city vacation, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have plenty of opportunities to meet your needs here with us. We are happy to help you with good advice if you ask. Relax in this peaceful, unique and newly built cottage located in a lovely forest area. For an extra fee, you can take a hot shower or enjoy a nice hot bath outside. If it's the beach that pulls, it's just an 8-minute drive away. The house has a bedroom with a double bed and a room with a bunk bed with room for 4, plus there is a travel bed for the smallest. The heart of the house is the kitchen area, where there is a high ceiling and open spaces. From all rooms there is an exit to the large terrace.

Here you will find peace, relaxation and plenty of fresh air. The house is located in the countryside with beautiful nature, which invites you to both walks and quiet moments with a good book. If the family also includes a dog, then there is plenty of space for all of you. The house is surrounded by a large garden and lawn, as well as terraces on several sides. In the forest near the house we have built a shelter. The shelter can be used for a short break or an overnight stay in the nature.

Welcome to our beautiful log cabin, surrounded by nature, and within short distance to the Kattegat Sea and the gentle beaches. The house consists of 3 rooms + a loft. Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.

Modern kitchen and living area on split levels with wood stove, alcove, air conditioning and internet. Spacious natural plot with cosy corners, wooden terraces, vildmarksbad (wood-fired hot tub), outdoor shower and fire pit. 1 km to Hou with harbour, shops, restaurants, playgrounds and child-friendly beaches. Perfect for relaxation and nature.

Additional there can be prepared for one more person to sleep upstairs in the living room on a folding cushion (+ 100 Dkr/night). From the apartment there is 20 min. walk to the center of Aalborg. Bus 11 and 17 is near by. There is good opportunities to shop locally.
