The perfect accommodation, in the perfect location. We absolutely fell in love with the village of Bonsall.

Had a lovely stay here, very well placed being walking distance from everything we needed.

Beautiful apartment right in the centre of Castleton! Lots of restaurants/pubs, small convenience shops, and amazing views right on your doorstep. Marieanne was so friendly and always responsive, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Definitely will have to visit again next time we’re in Castleton!

The apartment is in an excellent location within 10 mins walk of the centre of town. We did initially have a problem finding the entrance to the car park. We put the postcode into our satnav and it took us to the right road but Station St is a one way street and we were faced with a no entry sign. Once we arrived Sally talked us through to the apartment. It was really quiet considering it’s so close to town and the railway station. It was clean and very comfortable and a great place to stay for a weekend away. Sally was a very approachable host and quickly responded to all our enquiries.

1 Dalebrook View is a thoughtfully furnished and very spacious apartment which immediately feels like home. Very comfortable beds and well designed living spaces with everything you could want for an enjoyable stay. Kate could not be more helpful and gives clear details and instructions for everything you need during your stay. Good dog walks can be taken from the front door and there is a small enclosed green area 2 minutes walk away called The Grove next to the Fish and Chip shop. It is an ideal place to briefly take a dog to at the beginning and each end of the day. We visited The Moon Inn in Stoney Middleton and nearby Calver Arms plus local cafes. All offering good food and drink options, although we found the Eyam cafés to be very expensive, busy, slow on service or closed. Our booking for three nights from Sunday meant we missed out on a few things not being open including the local Toll Bar fish and chips open Wednesday to Saturday. We will just have to return another time!

We were visiting Buxton for 2 shows at the Opera House & the apartment is perfectly placed for this, being just a few minutes walk away, also the Pavilion Gardens and loads of places to eat & drink. Apartment is beautifully furnished and very well-equipped with pretty, sunny little cottage-style garden to front. The main bedroom is lovely, really comfortable bed. Our friend stayed in the basement bedroom and did comment that it was cold BUT he was very warm and comfortable once in bed. Wish we had stayed longer, if only to take advantage of the huge selection of dvds and books 😊. Thankyou, Heather, Kim and Lorna for a really great (too short) stay.

A lovely Airbnb with beautiful views and a great location to be able to walk into Holmfirth. Perfect for a couple for a weekend stay. Emma was a great host who helped make our stay very enjoyable and easy.

The location of this property is perfect for the town centre and transport links but it’s situated in a tranquil part of town that allows you to have the best of both worlds. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The hosts was so accommodating, left us complimentary wine and ballon’s … hosts was responsive and left clear instructions this property exceeded our expectations, was a fantastic stay the pictures don’t do it justice would 1000% recommend

We had a lovely, long weekend stay at Chert cottage. Great Longstone is an excellent location, with several pubs within walking distance. Beautiful scenery is on the doorstep, with places like Bakewell and Buxton a short drive away. Sarah was an excellent host - she was very responsive and we really appreciated the cake, milk and flowers on arrival. Chert cottage itself was great - very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need - we particularly loved sitting out in the garden in the evening! Many thanks Sarah, we had a great time.

This place is stunning, the kitchen is the most equipped I’ve seen, the bed was super comfy, the area is so peaceful and lovely. What was really special was the special touches, notes/tips with various applications etc right where you need them not just in the manual. Marylise was very responsive with queries and was an excellent host. I would highly recommend this place.

Peter’s place is lovely, well located for local walks and close to the village amenities.

Booked this trip last minute and was not disappointed with our choice, the instructions for parking and how to find the cottage was spot on. Less then a couple minutes walk and you’re at all the coffee shops and pubs with a short drive to other villages and all the famous walks.

We had an amazing stay at Vicky & Alex’s cottage. The house was fantastically equipped and beautifully decorated. Very comfy beds with high quality linens. Perfect for a girly hiking weekend away! Thank you so much - we will be back!

What a fantastic place the Bobbin is! Massive thank you to Debs and Simon. The communication was spot on and really helpful, with some great recommendations. We stayed with my parents and all had a great time. The cottage has everything you need. The kitchen was well equipped, the lounge was a great place to relax and the beds/pillows were really comfy. It was so peaceful. The Bulls Head is a great pub and The Ashford Arms is outstanding, especially for food. I must also mention the Ginger Butchers in Bakewell, which is brilliant!

A wonderful host, who not only meet me and ensured I got in ok but also kindly provided everything you would needed for breakfast inc bread from the local bakery. Spotlessly clean and well appointed kitchen. Walking distance to the bus stop and town. A great find - would recommend!

Would highly recommend staying here! The perfect space and location with lots of lovely extras. Elena has really thought of it all and we would love to come back next time visiting the Peak District/Buxton. Thank you for being great hosts!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment. It’s really well equipped and super comfortable. Fantastic location - Monsal Trail is on the doorstep, traditional pub in walking distance, River Wye a relaxing sound to fall asleep to. We would definitely book again and can highly recommend. The stay was beautiful and perfect. It was clean and cozy. With access to a private garden and a quiet area, it was perfect for quiet evenings. The city centre is close by - 10-16 minute walk. Christina, the host, was friendly and responsive! Would definitely book again!

A great spot to explore the peaks from! Plenty of walking opportunities from the house, super close to Bakewell & Buxton and a lovely local pub nearby. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Max’s place!
