It has a large garden equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers, parking, a garage for storing bikes/mountain equipment and a cellar. For the summer months, a cultivated vegetable garden is also available from which to draw seasonal vegetables and fruits.

Near the entrance there is a private space with stone table. A parking space in the courtyard, small garage closed for bikes or motorcycles, free public parking a few meters away.
