The apartment is located in the Wenden-Gerlingen district in the southern Sauerland, about 800 meters from the Olpe Süd interchange on the BAB (federal highway), with access to the A4/A45.

Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

Living in authentic historical building

Our small apartment is located at first floor in one of the most historic listed frame work houses at Eckenhagen. All is very tiny and cozy, low ceilings with the original ceiling balks and small windows with their interior original wood panelling. Our historical building was part already 1770 of the buildings around the church of the antique centre of Eckenhagen.
