Fantastic house in a great, peaceful location. It was spotless, and had plenty of space for 6 of us and it has a lot of character with the stone work. And the host was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend it!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt, sauber und in ruhiger Lage mitten in der Natur. Der beheizte Pool, der Jacuzzi und die Sauna waren absolute Highlights – unser eigener Spa-Bereich! Alles war wie beschrieben, sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Villa war super ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 5–10 Minuten entfernt, ein sicherer Parkplatz war direkt vor Ort. Die Kommunikation mit Danijela war schnell, freundlich und hilfreich. Besonders gefallen haben uns der private Pool und die Wellnessbereiche – ideal zum Entspannen. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen und kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Che dire, la mia migliore esperienza di vacanza, sia per la casa che per l'host Iva, la casa è meravigliosa, pulitissima e molto coccola. Gli spazi sono stupendi, almeno 5-6 angoli in giro per il giardino dove chiacchierare, cenare, rilassarsi, sentirsi veramente in vacanza. Il valore aggiunto è stata Iva, gentile, cordiale, disponibile, ogni comunicazione con lei era gradevole ed efficace. La sua attenzione nel farti trovare una base di partenza, il frigo era pieno di bevande, succhi, birre, vino e molte altre cose. nella casa non mancava niente, la cucina era più attrezzata di casa mia, microonde, caffettiera, lavastoviglie, bilancia, frullatore e molto altro, tutto nuovo e perfetto. Casa fresca e condizionatori nuovi in camera. Tre maxi televisioni. BBQ e forno per la pizza esterno, potrei andare avanti ore a descrivere tutto quello che c'è. Non manca nulla. Grazie Iva per averci fatto trascorrere una settimana eccezionale. Sono sicuro che chiunque si troverà benissimo.

Das Apartment und der Ausblick ist einfach atemberaubend. Schön ruhig und privat. Super. Nur die letzten Meter sind nicht mit jedem Auto zu bewerkstelligen ;)

Wunderschöne Villa mit atemberaubendem Blick auf das Meer. Es war super unkompliziert und einfach toll in der Villa, die Ausstattung war super gut und es war alles super sauber. Am besten waren die whirpools mit dem tollen Blick aufs Meer. Wir hatten eine tolle zeit und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Haus in einem sehr schönen Teil Kroatiens. Wir hatten nicht so Glück mit dem Wetter aber wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Es wurde extra der Pool und der Whirlpool vorbereitet und wir hatten einen freundlichen Ansprechpartner vor Ort! Würde die Unterkunft für einen ruhigen Urlaub (wenn möglich in der Hauptsession) empfehlen!

Damir is an absolute great Host and Person. He replies very fast on any Questions. The House had all we needed. We stayed with 7 Persons and the Space is absolute amazing. We stayed 5 Days and didnt left the villa because it has everything u need. We can say for sure it was one of the best Holidays we ever had. Thank you for everything

Vi havde den perfekte familie ferie, vi var 9 mennesker afsted, mor,far, 3 børn (14,14,5 år), mormor & morfar samt 2 onkler. Vi havde masser af plads og dejlige omgivelser i huset. Poolen var et hit, haven skøn at lege i og terrassen lå perfekt i forhold til at de voksne kunne holde øje med børnene. Sandra var så imødekommende og gav os gode tips til spisesteder. Vi vil klart anbefale huset til familier med børn eller flere vennepar.

The house was perfect for our stay. Very spacious and clean. Well, equipped kitchen, large spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. The host is very quick to respond and very helpful. Great ocean view from almost anywhere in the house. The sauna and Jacuzzi as well as the pool table offer a great option for rainy days. we will definitely be returning or at least recommend this house to others.

Super Gastgeberin, saubere Unterkunft. Waren 3 Paare, alle genug Platz in Wohnzimmer und Terrasse. Beide Zimmer im 1. Stock bisschen zu wenig Stauraum. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Unterkunft mit Pool, dir zweimal die Woche betreut wurde. Lidija kümmert sich auch um die Gäste und fragt nach ob alles okay ist. Immer gerne wieder.

Great place for a relaxed holiday with family. The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is a dream and the view is stunning. There is a shop just outside the property , very handy! The only thing I wish there was a sidewalk so one could go for a stroll. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend!

Mein Mann, meine Schwester und ihr Mann haben die Woche in der Unterkunft von Jelena sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber und der Blick aufs Meer ist etwas ganz Besonderes! Wirklich eine Wohlfühloase. Jelena war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und eine tolle Gastgeberin!

Wir haben uns in der Villa Sara sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage als auch das Haus waren wie beschrieben und gut erreichbar. Damir hat uns noch einige Tipps zu Restaurants, Stränden und Unternehmungen gegeben. Wie kommen gerne wieder !

This place is amazing and perfect for 4 couple. Jakovs attention to detail was amazing. It has a beautiful view. There are about 6 switchback s to get to the villa. It has been constructed with the power lines underground and it appears to be the only villa in the area plus the one his sister owns next door that is set up that way. This means that ahead of you there are unrestricted views. Although walking around the top of the hill is beautiful - it is a trek to get from downtown and you need a car. As long as you plan ahead all is great. As we basically cooked most evening this was great. The outside grill area in the back is great for 8 people as is the inside and outside dining. The King beds were great and the balconies for the 2 upstairs bedrooms were great. I highly recommend this place. It is stunning. Kakov also provided a fruit basket, some wine etc as a welcome gift. First Class.

Great house. Very charming. Great pool and fun to have darts, ping pong and pool table outside. Great fun outdoor cooking and dining- but tricky w coals in outdoor fireplace as grill doesn't get very hot. Awesome air conditioning in house and bedrooms. Fairly easy drive to Krk beaches. Plan on 45 min each way without traffic. Nice hiking trail(s) down/across street up to opposing ridge w great view. Drivenik Castle a fun walk. All in all fun for 2 families to share house and enjoy the pool and quiet vibe.

Amazing place. Amazing price. Very accomodating and considerate Host. Would definitely recommend staying here as a Group of 4 Individuals or 4 Couples. Lake Tribalj is right outside and is a nice place to relax on a Sunny day. Recommend hiring a car as parking is very easy in the big driveway, and will make planning activities and going out for restaurants/shopping a lot easier. 10/10 💯

Prijetna nastanitev za družbe, ki imajo namen uživati ob samopripravljeni hrani, v bazenu in ob kakšni pijački, tudi z glasbo ni posebnega problema saj je lokacija dobro ograjena in se ven ne sliši kaj veliko. Vredno obiska

Wundervoll. Selten ein so prachtvolles Haus gesehen. Die Einrichtung, wie auch die Umgebung sah aus wie auf den Bilder. Nachbern hatten wir keine und die Straße war nicht sehr befahren. Außerdem war die Gastgeberin eine total Freundliche Dame, die uns netterweise eine kleine Führung gegeben hat. Gerne komme wir noch einmal.

Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen! Der Garten und Pool waren wunderschön und alles war sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
