The house is equipped with air conditioning, central heating and wood stove as well as with hot tub and infrared cabin. The villa is secluded and about 200 meters from the village It consists of an autochthonous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part dominated by large glass surfaces that merge the interior of the house with the exterior. The old house has a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen and full bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.
