The cottage is located just above the village of Mörkret on the way up to Fulufjället and Njupeskär waterfall. Here you live peacefully without neighbors, close to nature with berry and mushroom fields and proximity to lakes with fishing opportunities. The cabin is in a nature reserve next to Fulufjället National Park. About 2.5 km (5 min by car) to the main entrance Naturum at Fulufjället. From the plot you can connect to snowmobile trails that take you to the mountains. About 5 km to Idre (30-40 min) with opportunities for good downhill skiing and pleasures.

Cottage of 50 sqft, 2 km below Njupeskär's parking. From Särna it is 30 km to the cottage. From the cottage 60 km to Idre Fjäll and 90 km to Sälen. Skoterled behind the house and about 2.5 miles to Gördalens scooter paradise. Easy way to find by the road towards Njupeskär. Wifi & chromecast is available. We charge 600kr/night for ’first person’ and then 300kr/ night for each person after that. Bed linen and towels are included as well as fully equipped kitchen and everything for hygiene such as toilet paper and shampoo. The toilet is a separett separett.

In our cabin you have all the amenities for the family to enjoy and together experience a lovely holiday winter and summer. 4 bedrooms. 10 + 3 beds. Two living areas with smart TVs. Open fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine. Two shower/wc. Sauna. Drying cabinet. Wifi. The cabin is newly built and was ready in 2023. Put on the skis directly at the cabin to the lift and cross-country tracks.

Microwave, stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, pillows, blankets are provided, bed linen and towels are included, the hot tub is rented by the host if you want to bathe, let us know when you arrive to take a few hours to fire up and the host will take care of everything. Our log house in Idre is a place where traditional craft art and modern comfort come together. With its massive logs and rustic charm, you get a unique sense of mountain life. Here it is as if time has slowed down and nature is allowed to take the lead. The quiet forests, crystal clear lakes, and fresh air create a sense of peace, which is hard to find anywhere else. Hytta ligger 800 m.o.h i Hovden hyttefelt i Engerdal med utsikt mot Sølenfjellene. Den stod ferdig i 2021 og har vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin, Wifi, samt varmekabler i gulv på bad og i gang.

Great place for overnight stay next to easy busy road. Nice fireplace! Just during the snow melting period, it was muddy in the courtyard but not a big problem for us.

I worked remotely for a month and Stefan's home was perfect for this. Good desk (sitting and standing), good monitor, lots of space, nice bathroom, sauna and fast internet. 5 minutes away from the ski pistes. I really enjoyee my stay here! Stefan is responsive and a good host.

Our time in the cottage was wonderful. Kristin welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. If you have any questions, she was always easily accessible. The tranquility in the middle of nature is beautiful and the neighbors are also very friendly. The surroundings are great for cross-country skiing or walking. In the cottage, it always got warm quickly with the wood-burning stove. The option to get electricity via solar worked well, but we preferred to just use the candles for lighting. Thanks for everything, we'll be happy to come back! :-)

Close to scooter trail, perfect winter place for those of us who love to ride a scooter 🤩🎉🐣 Good with kitchen utensils, tubs and frying pans. Could be the door between the two bedrooms and the beds could have been slightly better. Otherwise, everything was great 🥰

Great host. My second stay, this time with a child. Love the quietness, simple cabin and you get to relax. Explore nature and for us skiing locally. A small note, have local map or check up with Werner, before getting there. If bad weather or GPS fails at this height All in all lovely stay and explore the outdoors close by. And you can relax at their cozy cabin .
