Project-related travel with long-term stays all over the world has long determined our lives. The lack of feeling at home, especially in a private and quiet living atmosphere, was often a constant companion in many hotels and guesthouses. Experiences that contributed to our idea of »HOSTED HOUSING «was born: quiet and mostly self-managed business rooms for management and sales people. The love for Dresden and the suitable object in Radebeul made us leave our home in Munich and set up this heart project. As a freelance project developer for information technology, we have our office in-house and are therefore for our guests always responsive. Unsere alte Villa liegt nahe verschiedener Wanderrouten direkt am Wald. Das Haus wurde in liebevoller Detailarbeit mit einfachen Mitteln vom Künstler Lasko Djuric restauriert. Jeder Raum wurde individuell gestaltet und mit Bauhaus Möbeln ausgestattet. Die Zimmer haben einen Balkon, Kaminofen und bieten Platz für zwei Personen im Doppelbett. In der Gemeinschaftsküche stehen zwei elektro Herde, ein Kaminofen und Kochutensilien zur freien Verfügung.

In addition to these individually furnished rooms, there is a common room in the historic ambience on the ground floor, which with the associated veranda kitchen is ideal for celebrations, events and gathering together. The 50m2 main terrace is exclusively for you.

Villa behind the castle walls

The modern villa and the entire property is in an exclusive location and is completely rented to you (no other residents!). The villa is located within the castle wall of Pillnitz Castle or the walls of the old ones. Historically, the royal wooden storage space was located on the property, framed from 2.50 to 4 m high natural stone walls, which still offer them great privacy today, without outside inspection.

Vila se nachází ve svahu, obklopena bukovým lesem. V dosahu 2 km jsou Tiské skály, dále např. Děčínský sněžník a další. Lokalita je vhodná pro výlety do přírody, turistiku, lezení, cyklistiku.
