Expect the charm of an architecturally beautiful half-timbered building from the turn-of-the-century period, in tune with state-of-the-art amenities.

Our feel-good apartment is in Radebeul in an absolutely dream location with an incomparable view over Dresden and the Elbe valley. The vineyard (paradise mountain), the wine taverns as well as cycling and hiking trails are right on our doorstep. A spacious sauna and the use of a heated outdoor pool are available to our guests as a special highlight. The city of Dresden can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The Elbe cycle path is 15 minutes away by bike.

The luxurious and stylish 3-room apartment with terrace and sauna is located on the ground floor of a newly renovated apartment building villa in a central location of Dresden on the White Deer. Arrive and feel good on about 84 square meters! Due to the central location, your public transport can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot and has already been in 15-20 minutes in the trendy district of Dresden Neustadt as well as in the city center.

The old wash house of our villa from 1900 is located in the green. It has been modernly renovated as a bright studio house with a gallery. Whether by car, by public transport or by bike, our house is easily accessible. Also from the Elb biking trail, it is only a small detour. The cozy and high-quality furnishings invite you to relax, whether you are in town for work, on vacation or for a weekend. Welcome!

Die Villa Frederik ist eher ein "Frühling bis Herbst Domizil" für alle Wanderer oder Radler welche einfach nur ein Lager brauchen: inklusive Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung.
