The large wooden terrace by the house means that you can find space in the sun at all times of the day, as well as enjoy your morning coffee while the ships sail past on Flensborgfjord. The light, the water and the beautiful nature are absolutely magical in this part of Sydals. Walking and cycling, fishing, kayaking and dinghy sailing and kite surfing are popular activities.

Sommerhuset ligger på en stor naturgrund ca. 400 meter fra vandet. Nabolaget er roligt, og sommerhuset ligger så der er mulighed for privatliv.

The house consists of a living room with an open kitchen and dining area for 6 people. 1 bedroom with a new elevation bed 140x200, 2 rooms with 1 bed 140x200. The house is heated with a new heat pump. Outside is a large covered terrace with dining area, sun loungers and fireplace. In addition, a large garden with plenty of space. Close to shopping and with the most amazing nature, as well as only a 10-minute walk to the beach.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. Quiet and secluded location on a corner lot at the end of the road. South-facing terrace overlooking green area. The house is insulated so it can be used year-round.
