The light, water, and beautiful nature are absolutely magical on this part of Sydals. Walking and biking, fishing, kayaking and dinghy and kitesurfing are popular activities.

Relax with the whole family in this serene space. Close to lovely bathing beach. Child-friendly beach with nice sandy bottom. The cottage has a lovely large plot with room for play and fun. Quiet and secluded location on corner plot at the end of the road. South-facing terrace facing green area. The house is insulated so it can be used all year round. Heating, electric radiator, air/air heat pump and wood-burning stove.

The Hyggelei (electricity included!)

In the summer of 2021, our second holiday home has been completed. Again, we have done everything we could to set up the house both stylish and child-friendly. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer diverse play opportunities such as swing, trampoline and football goals. We have put a lot of effort into setting it up, and hope you enjoy it.

There were four of us visiting Heidi and Jesper for three days and we felt very comfortable - Quiet location - By car, you can quickly get to Sonderborg or Augustenborg - Comfortably furnished - you have everything you need in towels, blankets, dishes, kitchen machines, etc. - Easy check-in and check-out Beds were comfortable - open living and dining area was perfect for us to eat and play together We will be happy to come back :)

Heidi and Thomas' accommodation is just perfect for a nice and relaxing vacation on the island of Kegnæs. The location right on the beach makes it something very special. We always enjoyed coffee on the beach in the morning. The cottage is small but nice and has everything you need - exactly as described in the pictures. It is very tastefully decorated. You can also use the bikes and explore the island. As hosts, Heidi and Thomas are really great. They went to great lengths to ensure that we had a nice time. Highly recommended for a holiday with children!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Rene & Pia were so warm and welcoming. The location was very convenient and easy to get around. The place itself was so hygge and well done. Yes, my son who was with me had to duck his head to get in and as long as he didn’t have a beam he could stand straight up. (He’s 6’5”) Great amenities and so comfy. Thank you for being so responsive and we look forward to coming back again soon!

Although we regrettablyhad to cut short our stay (for family reasons, nothing at all to do with the property or owners!), the house and surroundings were entirely up to our expectation. The clean, tidy and fully-equipped for our purposes, house is cosy and conducive to a relaxing holiday, nestling in peaceful surroundings with simple essential ameneties within reasonable distance. What more could you want?
