Sunset Sea View Writer’s Retreat

Beautiful flat with six sea facing floor to ceiling windows. This is a Grade II-listed building with a rare outlook over gardens and out to sea. However, the facade and railing are in need of TLC. Don't be put off by the shabby exterior. Works are being slowly undertaken to renew the outside but this all takes time. The flat may not be suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor. No TV, but a projector is supplied. New! Insanely comfy dog bed.

Victorian apartment with a beautiful sea view towards the famed Turner Contemporary. Look out to sea through the porthole window as you start the day with a coffee from the Nespresso machine. Then head out on a short walk round the bay into the vibrant Old Town to explore the antique shops, galleries and cafés. Invite friends over for dinner to watch the sun go down and end the day with a relaxing soak in the bath before climbing into bed to sleep on crisp white sheets.

SeaSeat, amazing sea view flat

SeaSeat is a gorgeous flat in a beautiful old building, overlooking the sea. We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. This special place is close to everything that Margate has to offer, it’s right in the old town where all the funky shops, bars and restaurants are and a couple of minutes from the Turner Gallery. Stylish and comfortable, light and airy ..a little seaside gem!

Loft style Margate house - nr old town & beach

Modern two bedroom house in Margate town centre. Dog friendly. Spacious living room with dining table, smart TV and large comfy sofa bed. Separate kitchen with breakfast bar. Upstairs is a double room and second room with bunk beds. Plus bathroom with a shower. Front patio with evening sun to enjoy a sundowner. 10 minutes walk from the station, very close to Dreamland and the High Street. 5 minutes walk to the beach, pubs, restaurant, the Old Town and Turner.

The Galley is a 4 bedroom split level maisonette a 5 min walk from the beach. It is perfectly placed on the edge of the old town so that you can be in the heart of its restaurants and bars within a 3 min walk, and yet still get a good nights sleep. It has been renovated with a 'georgian beach house' theme that combines the buildings 19C heritage with a warm bohemian charm full of raw textures.
