New semi-chalet with premium amenities. At the foot of the cross-country ski slopes, 5 min walk to the Panthiaz cable car (access to the Portes du Soleil ski area). 5 min drive to the chateau. 3 min drive to the supermarket. 4 bedrooms with shower room, toilet and terrace/balcony + 5th bedroom with bunk beds. You will appreciate it for its comfort, its location, its equipment, its thermal and sound insulation, the peaceful character of the environment, the unobstructed view of the village and the mountain, the absence of opposite, the very proximity to shops, the multitude of activities available including the Portes du Soleil estate. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Bed linen (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels (towels) NOT PROVIDED. Rental available. In winter, secure ski locker.
