The host was very friendly, always responsive and ready to assist if possible. The unit was immaculate, checking in and out was fairly easy and the location is quiet and calming. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if my path brings me here.

Lovely suite on top floor of home. The photos don’t convey how wonderful it feels to stay here. Spacious, quiet, super clean, eclectic decor. The kitchen is an unique space to happily prepare food or make a freshly brewed cup of coffee (beans supplied). The apartment has views from three sides of the house, and the blinds easily adjust to accommodate the different light throughout the day. The hosts James’s and Irene really show they care about their property, and the people who come to stay!

This was an extremely appreciated experience! Pavel and Lilia are super responsive and went over and above in ensuring our stay was as stress free and welcoming as possible. As our family are current northern Manitoba wildfire evacuees, we could not have asked for better hosts. Their kind hearts and care for us was what we needed at this time. This airbnb is the epitome of a home away from home. We are forever grateful for the comfort and thoughtful care we were provided and will definitely stay again when we are in the city. ❤️

My husband and I were renovating a property just a few streets over, so having an Airbnb a 5-minute walk away was incredibly convenient. I could work from here, away from the noise and mess, but still be close by if he needed help. You’re really close to Portage, but Lenore Street feels quiet and charming—classic Wolseley. Still, you’re minutes from groceries, Home Depot, Costco (which we needed often), and only 10 minutes from the airport. The unit was clean, had a well-equipped kitchen, and lots of bright natural light. There’s a great little restaurant nearby that does dinner and weekend brunch, plus a juice bar and bakery. Just a heads-up: you can hear footsteps if someone’s staying in the unit above. It didn’t bother us, but worth noting. There’s AC, which was a nice perk, and no on-site laundry, so make sure you’re aware of that. Overall, a lovely place in a fantastic location.

I spent a month at Jeremy's place, as I had to go to Winnipeg for work. Pros: - you have most of amenities for your day to day life. - very good value for money - the place's a bit smaller than the images would suggest, but for one person it's absolutely perfect, still doable for a couple - very walkable area, for someone who had to go almost on a daily basis in downtown, it was perfect. The suite is right near a school but the noise was never an issue, I'd say is a plus because it made the surroundings feel more alive. Cons: - I'd often smell an unpleasant scent inside and in the immediate area of the building around the neighborhood, not sure what. Maybe some fertilizer used by neighbours? - the apartment's door feels a bit fragile and doesn't really insulate from the buildings hallway. At night when some neighbour would get into the building and open his own door it sounds as if they are trying your door. Although the neighborhood looks generally safe A good experience overall

Rebecca’s place is well cared for and in a great location for access to downtown, Osborne village and the Forks Rebecca was very responsive and made my request to extend my stay seamless and easy. And bright and friendly stay in Friendly Manitoba

This was a great stay while we were visiting for the Manitoba Marathon. Very close to the stadium and walkable. Quiet and safe location. Would stay here again!

The space is an interesting building that has been renovated into the current spaces. Lots of walkable restaurants and shops nearby. Other than some confusion about the free parking, the place is lovely and as described.

I absolutely lovedd staying at Kaelins! The place is so beautiful and clean. I loved that there was parking in the front and back, just what i needed. I would definitely stay here again!!

A Truly Exceptional Stay I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than my stay here! The suite is beautiful—bright and welcoming, impeccably clean, thoughtfully equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated having a washer and dryer and an electric charger for my car. The location is ideal: quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes from everything you might need. I loved exploring the walking trail right behind the house. The list of local recommendations provided was incredibly helpful, and I absolutely adored the Thai restaurant they suggested. Quite a few delicious and thoughtful surprises throughout my stay here made me feel very spoiled! Most importantly, I felt completely safe and cared for throughout my stay. The Hacktons are wonderful hosts, and it’s clear they’ve poured love and intention into creating a place that feels peaceful, welcoming, and full of heart. This is the kind of Airbnb you remember long after you leave.

Julie’s place was wonderful! It was exactly what I needed for a few days stay in Winnipeg! So extremely close to the Canada Life Centre which is why I picked the location! Julie was so responsive and kind and I felt right at home in her place! Thanks again Julie!

It was great for what I needed it for. Just to help apartment hunt for when I move to the city. There was a place I was always wanting to try around the corner (Shelly’s Bistro) which made it even better. The apartment had a great feel to it. There was a great breeze through out the place air conditioning wasn’t needed.

Nicely furnished, clean and very comfortable. The hosts are great; respond quickly and communicate well. You need a car to get around since it is on a busy street with few stores/restaurants nearby, but the dedicated parking space addresses that. Close to the university and safe, I would recommend to fellow travelers!

Quite possibly one of the most well-equipped rental units we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in a lot!). Marco, our host, is an excellent communicator. Readily available and he responded to any questions with little delay. Great location, clear concise instructions, and super easy access provided you don’t need an elevator. Very comfy bed! Intimidating looking shower but after about 90 seconds, we figured it out. Now we want one! Just a lovely unit. Will definitely stay again.
