The Sawtelle House, built in 1906 and located on the bustling corner of University Blvd and 4th Ave, is now available for private, overnight stays and sleeps up to six. The Master bedroom includes a King Sized bed, the second bedroom has a Queen. The Study has a couch which converts into a Queen Bed. The Dining Room seats up to eight. The front porch is perfect for relaxing while watching life on the Avenue. Check in begins at 3:00 pm (no later than 10 pm) and check out is 10:00 am. Welcome!

Very quiet neighborhood close to 4th Ave and the U of A. Your friendly hostess, Sandra, lives in a private studio in the back.
