We had a wonderful two-night stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the place is cozy and comfy but also very stylish. We really enjoyed the location; we walked to the light rail and took it to downtown Seattle and also enjoyed a couple of the nearby restaurants that were part of Heather's recommendation list.

From the time we arrived until we departed it was an extremely smooth process. They checked in just a few days after arriving to see if we needed anything, which was such a blessing because we did need extra towels.

Scott was a very flexible host. Our travel plans changed at the lat minute and he was more than accommodating. His place was in an ideal spot for us. It was a peaceful residential neighborhood with coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores within an easy 20 minute walk. We'd happily stay there again.

Becky was phenomenal. My friend and I needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks as we are law students doing a west coast initiative, and this spot meeted and exceeded our expectations. It not only had everything we needed, but also a great community around us. The stay overall made our long hours of studying, networking, etc. super tranquil. Thank you again so much!!

A truly lovely place — clean, modern, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there was plenty of space to relax. One of the highlights was the beautiful running trail right next to the property, perfect for refreshing morning jogs. The hosts were friendly and always quick to respond to any messages. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Roland shows great pride of ownership and has created a space that is inviting, easy to settle into, and extremely well appointed. He is responsive, clear, and amiable. The beds and linens are comfortable and luxurious. The kitchen facilities are worthy of any aspiring chef. The available content on the TVs is encyclopedic. The place and neighborhood is quiet despite there being occupants above and below the floor I rented. Highly recommend the neighborhood for walking and exploring. Parking on the street was easy. Highly recommend the property and the host.

Place was very clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable, we stayed at a couple different places this trip and this place had the best beds/linen. The place is really nice, the only thing to be careful is the stairs. We had no issues with the stairs but they're just kind of steep as mentioned in her listing. She did provide stairs gate so that was helpful/useful. Parking in the back is pretty tight but i was able to reverse in the grand wagoneer to unload/load. Lots of street parking though so i just moved it onto the street after. Host was very kind, helpful, and responsive. I would recommend staying here.

This was the perfect little getaway for our family. Between the lake, the boats, the hot tub and the fire pit, the kids and the adults were entertained alike. We made some wonderful memories and would definitely go back again.

Me and my girlfriend Eden had an amazing and seamless stay at Saida’s residence this past weekend. It was a great experience and the place was perfect for us and suited our needs to the tee. Saida was a great host and I would 100% recommend booking with them.

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at Sophari’s apartment. One of the best part was watching beautiful sunsets almost everyday from the living room. Traveling with a kid, it was great to have a basic kitchen to prepare meals. The location is a huge plus, we could walk to cafes, restaurants, playground and museums. There is a pool and hot tub, unfortunately it was not heated during our stay. We faced a small hiccup during the stay, and Sophari was promptly available to solve it. Appreciate his quick response time! Will definetely recommend staying here when in the area.

Ashley & Mike’s place was perfect. The space had everything I needed. The bonus was the workspace in the bedroom. The location was right around the corner from Pike Place Market and walkable to most attractions. I really enjoyed my stay. The building felt very safe and secure. The amenities of the gym and the pool were nice. Not to mention the convenience of the Target below the building for grabbing a few necessities. I would definitely book again.

As a person with memory issues she was always patient and quick to respond to my questiond.The lines were perfect. I asked for extra pillows and I indeed receive extra pillows. If I had to critique it would be maybe leave directions on how to use the Nespresso machine.

My dad and I had a lovely stay at Hamid's condo! The main room is light-filled and open, with a large kitchen and a living area. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed, and we enjoyed the provided coffee. There was also a selection of tea. There isn't a pull-out in the living area anymore, but there is a roomy sectional, plus extra pillows and blankets. My dad slept on the sectional, and said it was comfy and he slept very well. I slept wonderfully in the bedroom, which has a sizable closet - very convenient! Having laundry facilities on-site was a real bonus. We weren't planning on using them, but I wound up needing to, and was glad to have them. Hamid was a gracious, friendly, and kind host. His directions and instructions were detailed and clear, and he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and at home. Dad and I would happily return for another stay - and hope to!
