Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown, Sarasota

The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was in great shape and appeared to have been recently renovated. Everything was squeaky clean down to the vacuum lines in the sofa. If you plan to make a trip to the beach, they have provided beach chairs, umbrella, football, sunblock, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. I would recommend anyone visiting Sarasota to check this place out. Definitely 5 stars!!!

Alexandra is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and helpful. Her place is just as described, very convenient with the added bonus of parking directly at the entrance to the condo. The mattress is excellent!

We were so very pleased with our stay. The space was clean and comfortable and convenient to everything we needed to do. We will definitely stay here again if in the area and Yasmina was a joy to meet and stay with.

The room was perfect. Megan was kind, helpful and responsive. The fenced in yard was great for my dogs. We will be returning and recommending the room to all our friends and family.

this place is great perfect for a quick get away. it's so close to the beach, tons of restaurants nearby. also Chris was very kind an responsive he had beach chairs an canopy that came in handy. cain't forgot about the hot tub it was perfect to end the night and relax.

We had a wonderful stay at Anubuy’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Anubuy was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. They made sure we felt right at home, and their attention to detail really stood out. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a great time at this stay. Lots to do at the house along with great beaches and restaurants within a 15-20 minute drive. The house was clean and had everything that you might need. We were able to drive to Disney in just over an hour and a half which provided a different experience to go along with the daily beach/pool trips. Cool AC inside to combat the humid 88 degree weather in June 2025.

We had a great stay at the house. Loved the interior decor. Looks like the home was remodeled recently. Everything was fresh and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool. Backyard was very private and peaceful. Posts were very quick with their responses if I had any questions about the home. We would definitely stay at the Home again when we’re in town.

Aubrey’s place is amazing! It’s in a great location close to the best attractions Sarasota has to offer, but you’ll find yourself just wanting to stay inside and enjoy this masterfully decorated space. I cannot exaggerate the fact that it feels like you are stepping into a page in an interior design magazine. Aubrey herself was delightful to communicate with. She left us a very sweet welcome note and little gift. Wish she had a bnb in every town we visit!

I will definitely go back and stay here again when in Sarasota. The new beautiful modern pool and hot tub area is amazing was so tranquil and well thought out with high end lounging/seating for 10+. I spent most of my free hours around the pool area when at the house. WIFI was great when needing to work. The location was an easy drive to the local restaurants and quaint downtown area 5-10 min., to the closer beaches 15 -30 min., was bicycle/walkable for me (I am 65 y/o). I was in town for a conference and also saw alot of people on nearby small/clean little open air trolley-like buses getting around downtown (might want to check those out). I felt safe and walked/explored to the downtown hotel area (~ 40 min.). So close to the convenient Sarasota/Bradenton airport (~20 )! The hosts were so responsive and genuinely caring, they anticipated my needs before I asked by offering suggestions and options, so worth the stay! Thank you to the hosts!

The airbnb is located in a safe area. Luda was very kind and generous. The airbnb was very clean and organized. I would reccomend to other people who are interested in traveling to Sorotosa.

The Mango House was perfect for our weekend getaway to Siesta Key. The house was as described, very clean and comfortable. It was centralized to many different restaurants and while it’s located near a busy street, it was tucked away to where you could not hear any of the cars driving by. Would definitely recommend!

If you need a place in Sarasota close to old downtown, walkable to restaurants and shops, a quick drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in FL but don’t want to break the bank, you should definitely stay here! Better yet, it’s pet friendly. Home has everything you need to feel comfortable! Wonderful mattress, newer kitchen and bath, and a fenced in yard too. It was a bit warm for relaxing on the front porch for long but a glass of wine or 2 was enjoyed there. I loved the a/c splits because I like a cold bedroom while my husband watched tv in the living room at a more comfortable temperature for him. Linens were all fresh and clean and so was the house. Owners were responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend you check this out on your next visit to siesta key.

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation at the wonderful apartment of Lauren and Mario, the place is so clean and cozy. Also, few minutes away from the beach and we drove few times to South Lido Key Beach Park which was so quiet and clean (highly recommend). We definitely will come back 💕

Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

Cyndi and Colin - Thank you so much for having us! We truly enjoyed the weekend to the fullest thanks to this wonderful condo. Super close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and activities. Our favorites were Island Time (drinks), Daiquiri Deck (HH 3-7 Daily), Shore on LBK, and Drift Inn (drinks, cash only). Had an incredibly scenic dinner at Waterfront Beach House on the final night, about a 1 minute walk and you can enjoy a delicious dinner right on the beach! The condo had pretty much everything you could ever need for a beach trip, with Publix accessible nearby for anything additional we needed. Colin was so incredibly accommodating by letting us check in early and check out late. The condo was perfect size for us as a couple, and could certainly accommodate a couple small kids as well. We will absolutely be back in the area soon and will be booking with Colin and Cyndi again!

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

We had a beautiful week at Martha’s condo!! We loved everything about it- spotlessly clean and well decorated, well stocked with towels, blankets, paper goods, kitchen items, beach gear… everything you could possibly be in need of. The view from the balcony is wonderful for relaxing and watching the beautiful sunset. The condo building and amenities were wonderful as well. The pool area was never crowded, many loungers, and a perfectly heated pool and hot tub. We found the location to be absolutely perfect- off a main road that takes you to downtown and beaches but tucked away and quiet. You can walk to downtown restaurants and shops and we even walked over the Lido Key bridge one evening to St. Armand’s Circle. Downtown Sarasota, beautiful Lido Key beach and St Armand’s Circle are all a quick 5-7 min car ride away. Martha was an excellent host, checked in on us and was responsive to anything we needed. We would return anytime without hesitation!! Just wonderful! Thankyou Martha!

As a mother traveling with kids, this place has everything you’re gonna need! Beautiful pool, cute put-put golf, beach towels, Sand toys, Sun shade, wagon, cooler, beach chairs. My girls played volleyball all week! Private houses on both sides of the unit… so it’s never crowded. We saw several manatees while swimming in the ocean and we got to witness loggerheads nesting at night! So if you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation (for mom too) I highly recommend this unit and mostly, Heidi as a host!
