Condo vacation rentals in Downtown, Sarasota

It was a nice clean place. I would definitely stay at Robert's place again. It right around the corner from St. Armands Circle and close to beach. They had everything you need for your stay houseware and beach stuff.

We have just spent a wonderful 10 days in Sarasota staying in Jennifer’s apartment at The Strand. The accommodation was perfect in every way; a real home from home with everything thoughtfully provided by our host - from toiletries and cleaning products to beachtowels and even a coolbox. The apartment was spotless and easily accessible and communication with our host was so simple. Jennifer always responded swiftly to any messages and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would not hesitate to return to this accommodation again and highly recommend both the apartment and our host, Jennifer, to anyone looking for high quality, comfortable surroundings for their holiday.

Tonya is everything you want in a host- professional, prompt responses and excellent service. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We loved being so close to the beach and everything Siesta Key had to offer.

My mom and I got away for a long Mothers Day / birthday weekend at Sue's place. Exactly as pictured and advertised. We enjoyed the beach by day and St. Armonds Circle each night. walked home each night feeling safe! The bed and pillows were extra compfy! I would definitely return here and hope to again soon! Thanks Sue for the wonderful stay and quick communication when I missed some details needed. 🙃

Gorgeous apartment that was incredibly clean and looked just like the pictures. The location was wonderful and the hosts were incredibly kind, helpful and responsive. Beautiful stay!

If you want to be right by the beach and have a quiet location then this place is exactly where you want to stay. This one bedroom condo had all of the amenities that you need for a beach trip . We brought our own cool cabana for extra sun protection, and Vincent supplied cooler , chairs, towels , sand toys, etc to enjoy a day at the beach. The holiday weekend(Memorial day) was very busy on the beach with lots of loud music which we did not enjoy. The people playing this loud music didn’t seem To care that other people were even on the beach. After The Weeknd the crowd seems to disburse. My husband and I went to Siesta key beach and drove out to Anna Marie island which we also enjoyed. The pool at the condo wa very nice , quiet with shaded areas, grills to cook if you wanted and noodles to float on. We alerted Vincent of a leaky kitchen faucet so he knows to have maintenance look at it and he responded right away. I would consider staying here again. Vincent was a wonderful host.

We live in the area and had extensive home repairs ongoing, so we needed a place to stay nearby. The condo was perfect and a step up from other options we've used and at a price we could afford. We stayed two weeks and felt very comfortable. Everything was well cared for, clean, and easy to use. The condo felt spacious and the view over the water was simply gorgeous, featuring dozens of pelicans every day we were there. Inside, the layout was simple and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and each of the bedrooms was perfect for us. The expansive master bath with a lovely shower, washer/dryer, and storage closest gave us room to stay clean and organized. Parking was easy with a reserved spot close to the elevator, and the hosts gave excellent and proactive instructions on what to do and how to do it. We had no problems getting into the unit and appreciated how peaceful and safe the place felt.

Fantastic location on quieter area of beach but still walkable to the Village restaurants. Comfortable bed, huge shower. Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful week in MIchele's unit. There were no surprises! The condo was immaculate and modern. Michele was extremely responsive with any questions we had. The check in instructions were excellent. Seeing a bottle of prosecco with two chilled glasses in the fridge was such a nice surprise! The location was outstanding, with Saint Armand's Circle and downtown Sarasota being just minutes away. We also loved the nearby restaurants that Michele recommended. Each room has a large screen tv with Roku loaded with a number of active streaming channels. The water view from the balcony was great, and parking couldn't have been easier in the reserved spot. We arrived without having had a chance to go shopping, and it was so nice that there were cold waters and sodas in the fridge, and plenty of coffee k-cups on the counter. We would definitely stay with Michele again. She was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay.

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

The apartment is clean, included everything necessary for a comfortable stay in it. There were all the cleaning products: for the kitchen, bath, washing powder. Paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, beach towels. There were two chic chairs for the beach. The apartment is 10 minutes by car to the beach. Across the road is a grocery store. The only minus for us was the dull knives. Overall, everything is great, I recommend it.

Unit is very close to the beach. Lots of beach gear including paddleboard, chairs, umbrella/canopy, beach towels, and cooler. Washer and dryer right in unit make laundry easy. Trolley stop is right across the street. Front bedroom can be a little noisy with the traffic. Overall, had a great stay!

It was a lovely place with so many amenities that made you feel at home! Comfortable beds, nice appliances, great shower pressure, ceiling fans in every room. Lots of towels. The only thing we missed was a lanai but we were A-ok without it!

We had a very good time at Siesta Key and enjoyed our time at Maureen's place. The building is older, the amenities are well maintained and the condo itself is well cared for. I did find some mystery stains on the mattress and the decorative pillows in my room, but I'm guessing they are just spills that were difficult to get out. More importantly, the boat dock is usable, albeit with some difficulty if the boat is larger than 22 feet or so. We figured out on the second day that the best way to dock was parallel to the intracoastal between the posts and to tie off with lines on either side of the stern and with a single line on the bow. I would check ahead to make sure the dock is available, but we had no other boats docked there on a holiday weekend. The private beach access was a lifesaver on a holiday weekend, despite the short walk required to get there. Having both intracoastal and beach access is the biggest value of the place in my opinion.

The location was great, close to village as well as crescent beach. Lots of restaurants, bars, and excursions close by. Private beach which is wonderful, they offer umbrella rentals for a very reasonable price. Two pools which allowed for plenty of space as neither pool was crowded. The condo came with adequate linen/towels with an exchange halfway through the week which was great. There were extra beach toys, umbrellas, and a cooler in the closet we found a few days in that came in handy.

Our stay with Eric was amazing! We needed a quick beach weekend and this exceeded our expectations. His unit was as described with luxury towels and bed linens. Beach closet was bonus…the cart, cooler and chairs was much needed and appreciated! I messaged Eric prior to our arrival asking if there was a volleyball in the closet so I could add to our grocery order if not. First thing I saw as we walked in the unit was a new volleyball sitting on the table awaiting our arrival! Way above and beyond! Easy check in and check out. Actually, our flight was ahead of schedule and Eric allowed us early entry to get our trip started a bit sooner! This was our first time visiting the area and definitely plan on returning and will stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Cyndi and Colin - Thank you so much for having us! We truly enjoyed the weekend to the fullest thanks to this wonderful condo. Super close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and activities. Our favorites were Island Time (drinks), Daiquiri Deck (HH 3-7 Daily), Shore on LBK, and Drift Inn (drinks, cash only). Had an incredibly scenic dinner at Waterfront Beach House on the final night, about a 1 minute walk and you can enjoy a delicious dinner right on the beach! The condo had pretty much everything you could ever need for a beach trip, with Publix accessible nearby for anything additional we needed. Colin was so incredibly accommodating by letting us check in early and check out late. The condo was perfect size for us as a couple, and could certainly accommodate a couple small kids as well. We will absolutely be back in the area soon and will be booking with Colin and Cyndi again!

Such a beautiful place to stay! Very clean! The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes you will need. The view was amazing!!! The free trolly into the village was so easy. The beach accessories were so nice to use. All we had to do was cross the street and we were on the beach. The pool area was also very nice! Grilling area was nice and clean and a small smoking area so my husband could enjoy a few cigars. Great communication! Thank you! Was a fantastic vacation!

this was by far our favorite vacation ever! the place was very clean, cozy, and perfect for our week. the hosts were very kind and responsive. can’t recommend this enough! siesta key was a beautiful place to stay, as well. so many good restaurants and little shops with lots to do! our favorite restaurant was spearfish 10/10 recommend. we will definitely be coming back again to this airbnb!

This was a great place and had everything you needed! My family really enjoyed it and the host was amazing to work with and responded back really fast! I would go back here!! Also the beach, omg it’s beautiful!! White sandy beaches, beautiful blue water, we even found whole sand dollars!! Worth checking out and staying!!!
