Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Downtown, Raleigh

Beautiful home situated in a beautiful space. This home had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. Lights were all labeled which is helpful when there are multiple! It was a very comfortable place to enjoy for a few nights. Didn’t even see any signs of the downstairs tenant. Communication was quick and kind. Thanks Gretchen!

Great little pit stop for one night in Raleigh as we drove from Florida to Maryland. We decided not to go out after 8 hours driving so we door dashed sushi from a local restaurant. FUN!!! Hit Sir Walter coffee on the way out of town. Wish we could have stayed longer. 😄

Home was very very clean! So amazing that they had so many great children’s toys available (along with a pack n play and high chair). Space is beautiful and cozy, and hosts were kind and responsive.

Beautiful house, great area downtown!

My family and I couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful place. The house was immaculate, clean and a home away from home. It had beautiful but simple decor with very necessary amenities. Stan is a great host , kept checking on us throughout. Next time we are in Raleigh we are definitely booking this place again.

This Airbnb was PERFECT for my bachelorette weekend! It was already a great find in Raleigh, but once we got there it was even better than the photos! So much more spacious than I could have imagined! We had a group of 12 and there was plenty of space. Everything we wanted to do was only 7-20 minutes from the place and traffic was not bad at all. The host and co-host gave me all of the necessary info before the trip so we were well prepared. They do not allow parties at all and reached out to me when I booked to be sure we would not be partying at the house, when I explained it would only be eating and some board games + sleeping they were more than happy to host us! It was the perfect quiet neighborhood and we were happy to not disturb the peace! I know this is a long post but I simply can not say enough great things about this spot! I would 100% book again! My family is huge and this is by far the best large group Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in!

Absolutely wonderful home and amazing host! It was extremely clean, everything was very comfortable, well stocked, beautiful private yard, and very well maintained. Eric was the nicest and most responsive host we have ever had. We will definitely stay again when we are in Raleigh.

Anne's place worked well for our visit to the Raleigh area. Very quiet neighborhood not too far from shopping, groceries, and nice walking trails. Friendly and helpful hosts! Wonderful place to relax after a day of biking, hiking, or visiting family!

I had an amazing time here with my partner. The suite was clean and really made you feel like you’re in a home away from home. The hot tub and pool were our favorite aspect of the accommodation. Angela is a super thoughtful, amicable, and informative host.

Our stay here was enchanting! This historic home is beautiful and if given the chance, we'd love to stay here again. Perfect sleeping quarters, every convenience thought of, plenty of work and lounge space--and play space with the outside trampoline and equipment! Very close to Cat's Cradle in Carrboro for music shows, which is why we stayed here--which worked out perfectly! Thank you for the wonderful stay and sharing your home with us.

Stephen is literally THE BEST host I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with on Airbnb! He is friendly, helpful, and fantastic. His place is so inviting and interesting to stay at. Tidbits and cool relics all over his space. And if that alone isn’t enough, his sanctuary of a backyard garden will be what sets his place apart from the rest. His place is now one of my favorite saves that I will definitely try to book again in the future should I ever be in the area.

This is a great rental in walking distance to downtown and also close to greenways for running/walking cycling. Communication was great and the hosts had plenty of extra touches. Loved the WV charger situation—charged my model Y as quickly as my home charger. The bedroom with the desk has a bed that seems unlevel—perhaps a broken bedframe? The bigger bedroom bed was quite comfortable.

We travelled with young children, and cleanliness is important. Our room, the common area (the living room on the first floor and the shared bathroom we used on the second floor), and the fridge and the laundry facilities are all VERY clean. We appreciated much.

The house was very clean and spacious. It was exactly what my family of 16 needed. I wish we could have stayed longer than the 3 days we were there. It would have been amazing to explore the grounds some more.

We absolutely loved Theresa’s space. It felt centrally located, and only a short drive to any thIng we could want. The kitchen space is a chefs dream, and comes fully equipped. My toddler thoroughly enjoyed the backyard- complete with a mulberry tree! Thanks for letting us stay Theresa, we will surely be back!
