Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown, Raleigh

The location was easily walkable to downtown Cary and we felt safe at night coming back from dinner. The property was as expected. I arrived about 30 minutes after check-in time and the dishwasher and dryer were running, which made me worry someone was inside but there was no one. Host was accommodating and responsive. Overall our experience was good and I do recommend the property to other guests.

Our stay was everything and more than what we expected, the place was cozy and homey with more than enough room and we enjoyed the food places we went to! Definitely recommend checking out the Mexican restaurant near by called Carajillo's Mexican Kitchen it was amazing we loved it !

Such a cute place and such friendly and responsive hosts! I don't have any complaints. The place was really comfortable and clean, instructions were clear, and it was in a pretty good location. I'd definitely recommend/book again!

Great space in a great location! The balcony was nice and I appreciated the views from the apartment. The check-in instructions were lengthy and a bit overwhelming so be prepared. Great stay! I would recommend and definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in downtown Raleigh! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city with easy access to fantastic restaurants, bars, and nightlife. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully organized, and equipped with top-notch amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable. On top of that, the host was outstanding—very friendly, super responsive, and helpful throughout our entire visit. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Raleigh

We enjoyed our stay in the Crane Room. The apartment complex is very nice, the amenities are top notch. Free parking was a plus. The view from the studio was wonderful. Things to note - be sure to bring your own shampoo/condition/body washes as there are none in the bathroom. Thankfully I was prepared. There are not many walkable stores to grab essentials or a bottle of water so stop on your way in to get what you need!

Amazing stay in Raleigh!! If you’re looking for a stunning pool and beautiful space this is perfect! She was very attentive and you can just tell she loves her space she has created. We loved it all, heating the pool was the best decision:)

Great unit that has everything you could possibly need or want while staying. Close to downtown, walking distance to many restaurants, parks, trails. Host was very responsive, great location.

My 16 year old Bichon poodle was hospitalized at NC state for 4 long weeks after we were attacked by 2 pitbulls in Wilmington. Kent’s house was 6 minutes from the hospital and gave us a place for me to stay closeby and also while she was released so she could recover before it was safe for us to go back to Wilmington. We were there under the worst circumstances but Kent’s house provided a haven for us and allowed her to recover comfortably. The house was wonderful and Kent was very responsive and caring through our unique situation.

Allison's Cozy 2BR/2Bath home turned out perfect for the long weekend! The location made it easy to attend the wedding venues located downtown Raleigh, and easy to get to small surrounding towns! The house's floor plan, full-sized rooms, and amenities (soaps, cooking essentials, washer/dryer, TVs, etc.) made it comfortable to share lodging, yet offering space. The house felt clean, fresh, and well-kept. Allison was responsive, even when she was on her vacation! Thanks Allison!

He was very flexible and gracious as a host! Can't recommend this place enough. Very peaceful. Beautiful home. Amazing shower! As great as it is described. Perfect for my team to stay during a business trip.

Everything was just as listed. Very clean! It’s very close to the interstate but there were sound machines in each bedrooms. I would have liked darker blinds and or curtains. The bedrooms were very bright in the morning. All in all a nice place to stay.

Kristi's place was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The rooftop deck was fantastic with a gorgeous view of downtown, a place to grill and enjoy the fire pit. The Home was within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our group had a wonderful stay, perfect place for gathering or to just enjoy quiet time, Would stay here again.

Location was fantastic, a beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking or short driving distance to all things downtown Raleigh. House was cute, it's an old house with lots of charm but also some old house issues. The place was a bit dirty and we ended up having to take care of a few things to make it closer to the cleanliness standard we expected, but Midge was helpful and communicative regarding our concerns and made things right.

The apartment was very nice, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The view of the lake is amazing, and the surrounding area is quiet and beautiful—with lots of birds, tortoises, and fish to watch. Lois is a very polite, responsive, and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Place was clean and across the street from grocery store / shopping center so if anything is needed you're a short trip away. Host was quick to respond with easy check in instructions.

Very nice place to stay. kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and instructions were clear. I found the bed VERY comfortable. everything we needed was already there for us. It felt almost like a second home the moment we walked in. 20min (without traffic) from just about everything. absolutely lovely stay.

Lynne communicated with us and was responsive when we let her know a couple of things had run out. The home was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and spacious living area. The location was safe and perfect for our needs.

Kiyonna’s place is beautiful. Very comfortable , cozy , and cute. Check in instructions were clear aiding in a smooth check in as well as check out. Kiyonna is a very responsive host! We enjoyed our stay.

The space was inviting, incredibly clean, spacious and had modern decor! Our host left us muffins, bagels and a variety of sparkling water. Bed was very very comfortable! Would definitely stay again!
