Light-filled (4 skylights!) upstairs apartment in 169-year-old home. Cozy and playful decor with a lot of nostalgia. The house has beautiful wide pine plank floors. If you like straight lines, this house is not for you - it's a little wonky, but we find its charm far outmeasures the crooked doorways and other quirks. Located in Fox Point, a 15 min walk to brown, steps from Wickenden and Ives streets, the Newport Ferry, coffee shops, and restaurants, but on a side street out of the way of it all.

The kitchen features a sleek layout with a large island at its center, complemented by three tall wooden stools. Modern appliances, including a microwave, are situated within the cabinetry. Natural light filters through the window above the sink, enhancing the elegant black and white color scheme.
