The cozy loft locates in the center of the downtown Providence, surrounded by the historic art theaters, restaurants, bars and shopping mall. 3 min walking to the convention center, 10 minutes to east College hill (RISD, Brown), west Federal hill, north Train station and State capitol. Parking not included, refer to my guidebook on the parking info. **** Attention ****, the pub directly under the unit plays very loud music til 1-2am on weekend nights, please read more info in the note.
