Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Downtown, Pensacola

Angela is the absolute best! I was in a situation where I needed to leave the condo I was currently staying in. I messaged Angela at 9am and she had me checked in by 11am. She went above and beyond to help me and I cant thank her enough.

I wanted to find a cute spot for my family to stay while we enjoyed our vacation & this was just it! It was beautiful & peaceful. It looked exactly how the pictures and description said it would. Anytime I had a question or reached out they were responsive. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

This was a wonderful place to spend our spring break! Everything was clean, the decor beautiful, and the beds so comfy. I loved how quiet the neighbors were, and the location was perfect for heading to the beach or into Pensacola to visit colleges with our teen. No problems, great communication. Would 100% stay here again!

Funny enough we only stumbled upon this after our original Airbnb cancelled at another location due to urgent plumbing issues (and this happened to also be the only week available coincidentally, at Gina’s). We are so happy that ended up leading us to Gina’s retreat! We will most definitely return and book here. It was a perfect location and accurately described. We even decided to extend our trip a day just a few days before we were arriving. If you’re debating on booking, do it!!!🙂

This place is very beautiful and very spacious. It has everything you need. The view from the balcony is wonderful!! And the elevator take you right to you door which is very convenient!! And Dianne was a great host!!

Let me tell you this place has the most amazing views in the world. We stayed five nights and six days. You walk in and you feel like you are in paradise. It has everything you will need for your vacation. If you want to go out on the town you can or you can stay on the resort your whole stay and will have something to do every day. From booking to checkout it was amazing. I would recommend this place to everyone. My kids could not stop thanking me for this Mommy and me vacation. They had the best time ever. You definitely will not be disappointed when you stay here. I can’t wait to book this place again for our next vacation.

This space is beautiful and the host is welcoming. My hard to please teen daughters loved it lol I can’t wait to visit again!

The condo was very clean, very close to the indoor and outdoor pools. Jennifer responded to all of my questions quickly and notified me as soon as we could get into the condo and on the first night she made sure everything was up to our standards on arrival.

Condo served more than its purpose. Yes, it was a little out dated with some of the furniture, however we came to see the ocean, and it had a wonderful view. The beach access is just 4 or 5 minute walk just past the Holiday Inn hotel just across the street. We could not get the TV to work in one of the rooms however, the host was quick to say they could come fix it for us, but we just let it go do to the fact that we were not here to watch TV, so it definitely wasn't our priority. The condo was close to everything! We definitely would stay again.

I have nothing bad to say about our stay, the view was incredible, our place was top notch clean, and the communication with the host was unheard of! We will definitely be booking this place again when we return.

My husband and I spent a week in this awesome condo! The location was perfect! From the room we were able to see the pool as well as the ocean. The condo was very clean and the king bed was great. We will definitely book with Lindsay again next year!!!

Our stay was EVERYTHING! The view was incredible! We loved it and would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely breathtaking condo. You can tell that meticulous attention to detail was given when renovating and decorating this space. The views were spectacular and it’s even better in person than in pictures. Our only complaint was it didn’t feel like the bathrooms were cleaned as well as they should have been and our pillowcases smelled horrible and I had to wash them before using. There was a used pair of swim trunks and underwear still hanging on the back of the door in the extra bedroom and you could tell the floor in the bathroom had not been cleaned, or those items would have been found. There were water splashes all over the vanity of the master, where detail was not given from housekeeping to wipe the sink, spotless, after cleaning. I’m not sure the floors get mopped as I had to wipe up a water spill with a paper towel, the day we arrived and it was black when I was finished. Other than those minor things, it was a fabulous condo,private location and we would highly recommend.

The place was BEAUTIFUL! And the location to the pool was TOP TOER! The host was amazing and very attentive. The house was missing an extension card for the tv to work and she came over after 10pm to bring it. She is amazing, the property was wonderful and I would love to go back to it. My kids thoroughly enjoyed all of it.

Ginnel was a fantastic host, ensuring our family had a comfortable stay. The house was spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone. Our kids loved the thoughtful snacks left for us before arrival, and the beds were exceptionally cozy. Having a garage to easily unload our luggage was a convenient bonus. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we instantly felt at home, especially with the well-stocked kitchen that allowed us to prepare our meals. Although the house was a bit farther from our planned destinations, its location right off the highway made traveling around Pensacola effortless. We truly enjoyed our stay, with the only minor issue being the presence of some pet hair on the couches, which was understandable given that it's a pet-friendly home. However, the effort put into cleanliness was evident, and it did not take away from our positive experience.

We absolutely loved staying here! We had two couples and two one year olds & the convenience of everything was super great. Having two floors in the unit helped so much too as the adults could still hang out while the babies napped or slept! Super responsive host, everything we needed in the unit. Pool was great, distance to beach was easy, lots of great restaurants and groceries close. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property in a great location! Perfect for the whole family and property managers were extremely attentive and made our weekend very special! Lots to do at this property and pool is amazing.

Beautiful place and location . The grandkids loved it.

We had a great experience staying here! The layout of the house was perfect for three couples. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet & well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked & had lots of extras like coffee pods, spices, condiments & bottled water upon arrival which was appreciated since we got in late. Loved the private club & beach. I just wish the company who rents chairs didn't take up the whole beach with mostly empty chairs. It's expensive to rent them, so we brought the ones provided at the house. They had plenty of oversized, plush beach towels too! The shuttle was so easy to use & we never waited for it long. The home was very clean & had plenty of toiletries & supplies for our stay. The linens were high end; no cheap, thin towels here. The bikes weren't in the best shape but the owners responded immediately to our concerns. We loved renting from Bill & Mindy who were responsive to our questions, friendly & helpful. It's so much better than renting from a management

We really enjoyed our stay. If you are on the fence about the shuttle service to the beach—don’t be! The shuttle was extremely easy and convenient. I appreciated how well stocked the house was. We are a large family and cooked at the house quite a bit. The kitchen had everything I needed for every meal and more. We have a six month old and everything we needed for her was provided and it was great not having to travel with the baby stuff. The kids enjoyed riding the bikes to the pool and playing the board games at the house.

We absolutely loved Laura’s place. The house is beautiful! Located in a perfect location for restaurants, groceries, beach, yacht club, and downtown Pensacola. The house was bigger than we anticipated and had so many great amenities. Lots of pots, pans, baking ware, and every utensil you need for cooking meals. We reached out to extend our stay and got a quick, friendly response. We will definitely be coming back!!

We fell in love with the Purple Parrot! We’d recommend this place to anyone. We loved how it was away from the hustle and bustle of the main Pensacola area. We also loved how close it was to Orange Beach, AL. Lots of fun things to do and great places to eat in town and close by. The gated community made it feel extra safe with having kiddos and the pool/tiki bar was the cherry on top. 10/10 recommend! 🩵
