Great place to stay!! Kids will love it & adults will, as well! Very spacious in a peaceful neighborhood. Would definetly stay here again!

Great stay at Julie’s place. Had everything we needed plus extras in case we forgot something like shampoos and soaps. Nice living room away from the bedrooms so I could stay up and watch tv and not disturb my family. Close to all kinds of restaurants and stores as well as interstates for traveling across town.

Stayed just one night when in town for a high school graduation. Very close to the KY expo area. Quiet neighborhood.

This house is absolutely fantastic. Super clean, super comfortable. The beds and pillows are amazing. I would highly recommend this house for any gathering. We were a group of four men doing bourbon trail related things, and relaxing at night next to the fire pit and in the hot tub.

We had a great stay here while we were in town for the Oaks and Derby. Kristin was very responsive, the home was clean, comfortable, and it was a great location. Quiet but walkable to great bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at this super-convenient home-away-from-home. Very convenient, safe, and walkable. The host provided numerous welcomed conveniences and tailored our stay for our young daughter. I literally have not encountered a more courteous host yet.

I had a fantastic stay at circo loco! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. walking distance to everything you need and more ! The check-in process was seamless, and amie was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. They even left a welcome treat! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting or even just needing a weekend of fun!

Personally one of the best houses I've stayed at. We wish we had more time to fully enjoy the backyard. For five people the house was big enough private enough for everyone to be comfortable.

One of the nicest (if not the nicest) Air BnB's I've ever stayed at! The home and location was beautiful, quiet, peaceful, and pristine. The home is also close to several small businesses and restaurants that provided a super fun and unique Louisville experience! The perfect place for a small gathering of friends.

This house was great and in a good location for us! We had events at U of L and the Expo Center, and this was right in the middle, with each location about 4 minutes away. The house was clean, and the neighborhood is quiet (other than some air traffic noise, but there are sound machines in each room if needed). The hosts were proactive and clear in all communications. We appreciated the book of local restaurants and recommendations. We would stay again!

Perfect cottage in the heart of some of the most popular neighborhoods in Louisville. Can walk to several restaurants, shops, and breweries. And the house is so cute and clean! The king size beds were very comfortable. Had everything we needed for a great girls get away weekend.

Beautiful clean home with comfortable beds and everything we needed for a weekend derby trip. My husband and 2 girlfriends loved staying here, plenty of extra towels, blankets and pillows which was great! There were even games for us to play in the evening when we got back from a day of Bourbon tasting. Everything was exactly as pictured and we were able to walk home from the derby which was very convenient. We would recommend and hope to stay again!

We stayed here for the Kentucky Derby and it was the absolute perfect spot. Close enough to Churchill Downs that we easily ubered there but far enough away to be nestled in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The house was GORGEOUS. The attention to detail-from the coffee maker options, hand blender, high quality shampoos and conditioners, nice hair dryer, Derby-esque wall decor, dimmable lighting, furniture, security of the door locks, etc. We absolutely loved it here. Picture perfect.

What a cute, cozy place inside and out. The house was very clean and in a convenient location. Becca was very good at communicating with us! Overall, was a great stay!

Pam's place was clean, cozy and convenient. The neighborhood is a hidden gem --very walkable in several directions, with coffee, ice cream, beer, pub food, and several different ethic foods all within an easy walk. Highly recommended for parties of 4 with a dog. Excellent instructions, ez checkin/checkout. Cannnot recommend this place enough!

Scott’s place was great. Perfectly located, spacious, clean, cozy, comfy beds, remodeled bathrooms and a great rooftop for early morning coffees or a nightcap before bed. There was a significant amount of attention to little details that made our stay just that much better—fresh full ice bin, cold waters in the fridge, full pods for the Keurig, extra towels, extra pillows and blankets—everything you might need. Thanks again Scott—it was a seamless stay. So stop searching…this is the one!

We loved staying in this beautifully restored Victorian home! Dione is very responsive and offered lists of restaurants and things to do in the area. The home is well-stocked and beautifully furnished. I appreciated details like plenty of nice towels and extra comfortable bedding. We had a great time in Louisville and would stay here again should we return.

Hands down the best place I have stayed at during by 6 months in the area. Melissa was very responsive and the house was amazing! Will definitely be back again.

The Mashbill is a gem of a property and it was such a fabulous stay! It was exactly as described and the photos do NOT do this place justice. Matthew was a wonderful host and thought of all the touches that made my stay top notch. The decor is modern, stylish and spotless. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were so cool! Highly recommend - this place is hands down a 10 out of 10!

The house is very nice and very comfortable. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and there is a private screened porch to enjoy the view. The house was well stocked and the host provided thoughtful extras which were appreciated (a bottle of wine, some snacks, eggs). This is an excellent Airbnb.

Loved our stay. Close enough to downtown and a great little neighborhood with plenty to do.
