Only few steps from the Sand, Bay or Ocean. On the Bay side, About a 10 second walk to the water. Swim, kayak, surf, Sunbathe, Walk, Bike or rent an Electric scooter. Newport Beach Shack Upper, a stylish classic

The private second floor of our home (we're downstairs part of the year) has been completely remodeled. This is a classic 1960's beach house with brand new windows, doors, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, furnishings, appliances - you name it. We are super proud of the finished look and know it will make a wonderful home away from home! Style is an eclectic mix of beachy mid-century and maximalism, with a dash of grand millennial (read: FUN).
