House vacation rentals in Downtown, Long Beach

Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, beautifully kept, and exactly as described. The host was amazing; very kind, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We booked for my daughter 5 birthday and we felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. No one wanted to leave lol. Highly recommend! I will for sure book with them again.

Amazing stay. We had 8 people in our group and everyone enjoyed the place. The neighborhood itself was very nice and quiet, and the house was perfect- exactly as pictured and described. Very clean, tons of towels provided and great entertainment available. The pool was the nicest, super clean and the backyard area was super cute in general. We loved the garage as well, and we had a great night in hanging out there. Host was incredibly generous, kept us updated with everything and replied very quickly. Would love to stay here again the next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!!

We booked the place for our sons graduation at Chapman. It was perfect for family and friends to stay and pop in and enjoy each others company! It was not as close as I hoped for walking to things but super easy and convenient. Less than a 10 minute drive to campus. Our son lived close to campus so we could park at his house to walk to all the campus graduation events so this was totally fine. The pool, the games, the covered outdoor seating and the spaciousness of the place made it so easy and fun. The house was spotless, the beds super comfortable and the hosts thought of everything with pool towels, games, sunscreen etc. I'd definitely book again!

Fantastic stay at the Marvel house!! It was amazing with such great theming, lots to do, great scavenger hunt, and a super host! You must stay here and the grand kids loved the arcade games, heated pool, and movie room,etc…too much to mention….

House is located in such a quiet part of town and only a short commute to the beach/harbor/anything fun we wanted to do. The spa and pool were a perfect plus to our stay. I will definitely be coming back

We checked in for our 4 night stay at the Ritter on 6th street, it was easy to find, parking in the driveway, (which is amazing, for long beach ) we come down yearly for a Cali vibes festival; this was the best Airbnb we stayed in. You walk in and feel the good energy, B&Jake out there heart and soul in to making you feel at home. The kitchen: it has everything! the Keurig& water dispenser were a key for us here. Every spice you could possibly think of! every amendment you can think of Both bathrooms are completely stoked and great water pressure!!! The bedrooms: the front bedroom bed is stiff and the blankets are amazing but the pillows, are solid. Bring your own pillow if you’re not a firm bed sleeper! Everyone loved the firms bed! The decor was amazing, the house is a whole vibe. They were such great host, I will defiantly be back.

Our Home Away From Home - This was our second time staying at Danny and Cora’s beautiful home in Long Beach, and once again it was absolutely perfect. One of the things I truly appreciate is how comfortably the home accommodates my mother, who uses a cane and has limited mobility. The layout is thoughtfully designed with easy flow and accessibility, making it ideal for her and truly comfortable for all of us. We were in town for a religious convention at the Long Beach Arena, and the location could not have been more convenient. Just minutes away. The home is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet still so close to all the activity of Downtown Long Beach. If you are looking for a place to stay in Long Beach, look no further. This home has everything you need and more. Thank you again, Danny and Cora. We already cannot wait to return next year.

We had a great stay! The house is very spacious and had all the basics we needed. I loved having enough room and closet space to totally unpack my clothes! It was wonderful to be walking distance to the beach as well as shops and restaurants, and just a short drive away from Downtown. I appreciated that there were also kid-friendly touches like plastic cups and plates, and our seven year old daughter loved the pool.

Lila’s home was very nice and clean. The area was nice and quiet. She was very helpful with any questions we had. Most definitely will be booking again when in the area.

Anthony & his wife made everything super easy. The neighborhood is nice, the house is super cute, perfect size for a family of 5 or less or a get together. The check in and check out are at perfect times as well which was super nice. My only complaint is definitely needs to update the picture and ads, my boyfriends little brother was supposed to stay on the “futon” but come to find out it was completely different furniture in the living room and the couch wasn’t the best to sleep on he said. And the Tv 📺 as soon as you open the door is a bit dangerous/skeptical just cause all it takes it once accident with the door and the tv will be broke! Other than that I would recommend the place a million times! Super beautiful , hosts are super sweet made everything a breeze , and they even are animal friendly even though we didn’t bring our dog it was still awesome to have the option! Really cute home, all renovated. Comfortable. The AC we used it a little but realized with the ceiling fans and windows we didnt need. Lots of restaurants and coffee areas quick driving. There's a park behind the house. Be ready for looking for parking but its California which its expected. The host is nice and very responsive, A+ Thank you! Highly recommended

We had the perfect little Long Beach getaway in this cute cottage. The place was clean, uncluttered, and tastefully decorated. This is perfect for a couple or maybe a couple and a child. It would probably be too tight for 3 adults. The bathroom with a large shower area was a surprise. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. They even had beach chairs, which we used for both the beach and a free play a nearby park. Walking distance to coffee, shops, and a wide variety of restaurants as well as the beach. Although near a popular shopping street and located on a thoroughfare, this place is quiet and in a Peaceful and pretty neighborhood. The hosts were communicative and friendly. We look forward to staying again when visiting our son in Long Beach.

Elizabeth was able to accommodate us on our short stay & was very helpful. Place was as pictured, conveniently located near bars, restaurants, gas stations, & beach. She also recommended some great places to visit/check out. Very happy with our stay and would def be back. Thank you

My family had a great stay here. Our 2-year-old slept great in the provided pack-n-play, and we had everything needed to cook a family-style dinner on a night we decided to stay in. The location was great, being just minutes away from the beach area where other family members were staying. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Long Beach.

Ling was awesome! All questions were answered very promptly and everything was well-communicated. We were in town for a music festival and it was a great stay.

We were looking for a place that we could rest and relax for a few days. We were not looking for places to visit or a lot of activities, even though this property is located where you have those things to choose from. This property fit our needs perfectly. Coffee in the morning sitting outside in the beautifully decorated outdoor space, including a peaceful water feature was so nice. The home is beautiful and there wasn’t a single thing we wanted that wasn’t provided. Communications were very timely and they genuinely wanted you to have everything you needed to have a wonderful stay. I can’t imagine anyone not being 100% happy with this property and the host. We would love to return in the future.
