We had a fantastic stay, and highly recommend this house!! We really enjoyed the backyard oasis with the pool, spa and putting greens!! And it was not too far to visit the Las Vegas strip and Hoover Dam. House was exactly as described, spacious, clean and had plenty of supplies for our stay!

Our family enjoyed our time in Las Vegas. Betsy’s place had all the amenities and there was so much care that went into making this a home away from home! Her home is located in a working class neighborhood but her property is like an oasis - feeling secure! There’s lots of room for everyone! The kiddos had fun playing foos ball in the basement that had two comfortable bedrooms an additional kitchen!! We enjoyed evenings outside in the back patio. The main kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms all were well designed and the beds were comfortable!! Plenty of bathrooms as well!! Visiting Vegas in the summer has its challenges but Betsy’s home was cool and allowed us to come home to some relief after our day’s activities! We would love to return when it’s winter because we’d love to enjoy the fireplace and the fire pit!! Mahalo Betsy! We hope to return in the near future!!

We had a very minor hiccup to get in when arriving but did not affect our entrance. We’ve never stayed in this home before so took a minute to examine the entrance way. Make sure to use the provide stone to keep the front gate closed when leaving. The home was extremely spacious and in a very peaceful neighborhood. Everything was tidy and easily accessible. The backyard was perfect for our pets, just keep in mind the heat during summer. Will definitely be staying here again on our next vacation to Vegas!

great place to stay near the strip! the rooms are so spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a simple breakfast. home is very clean. the neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. Ty was very friendly and responsive. we loved staying here and highly recommend this AirBnb!

This home exceeded our expectations! It was incredibly spacious and perfect for our group of 10 celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday. The location was ideal—close enough to the Strip for easy access, yet tucked away in a private and safe neighborhood. We loved hanging out by the pool during the day, and the pool table and air hockey were a hit in the evenings. The check-in process was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place to stay

Our stay with Christine was lovely -- the space looked exactly like the images, and was clean and organized when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies, and the extra linens, blankets, and pillows made our time at Loft 215 very comfortable. The space was a great space to come back to after a day out exploring! Plus, Christine was also very clear and prompt with all communications, making the check-in and check-out process easy.

Ms. Laura’s home is very quite and quaint but perfect for anyone who just needs a small getaway. Lots of really good restaurants nearby, and is pretty close to the strip. Host responds quickly and home has everything you could need. 10/10 little vacation spot!

Stayed here for a couple days with friends. Loved the place very clean and host was very responsive when having trouble with the refrigerator, sent a maintenance man in the same day. Lovely home, I hope to book next year again😊

Excellent. The photos don’t really do it justice. So helpful in sorting out the arrival arrangements. Really useful video to show arrival procedure. Lovely quiet, peaceful, safe location.

Melissa’s place was great! Exactly as the photos, close to the strip, and comfortable. You’re never in the dark everything you need to or should know is listed no surprises! As a host Melissa is very responsive and flexible to meet your accommodations. Would definitely book again and recommend her place to anyone.

Luis’ apartment was in a great location very close to an In’n’out. The apartment was solid enough to block noise. I liked the custom door lock code, and the air conditioning was good. Clean up was easy and quick.

Had a great stay here over the weekend! The place was super convenient and easy to get to, very clean, and the AC worked great—huge plus with the heat. The host was really friendly and made everything simple and smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

We took our daughter and her friends to Vegas for her 21st birthday, and this house was perfect! The decor was so cute, and the 4 makeup areas were a highlight! The layout of the house felt spacious and never crowded. They loved the backyard amenities (although as someone else mentioned, the pool is cold) We were at max occupancy with 14 people (mostly girls) so if you don't want to wash towels daily, you might want to bring a few extra. The house was less than 10 minutes to both an Albertson's market and Sam's Club, so we ordered and picked up from both. Overall, a great place for a group trip to Vegas!

LeAnn hosted us for Memorial Weekend, and the place is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. She was super responsive, and the pool and jacuzzi were lovely. The home was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. Don't hesitate to book this home. I would definitely book with her again! Best,

Great stay for the weekend! Enjoyed the backyard very much and there were so many things to entertain my family with.

This beautiful, large house was perfect for our group of 10 friends! Aaron was incredibly responsive and helpful to help sort out necessary bedding, early check in etc. The indoor space was perfect for gathering with a pool table, large couches, speaker etc. The outdoor space was great as well. The house is well stocked with cooking supplies. It can take 10 min to get an Uber so order ahead if you’re in a rush. A few things to note for planning purposes: - tThe bean bag mattress for master room floor mattress is literally a bean bag unrolled. It was too soft for us to sleep on - The master room bathroom is inside the room and also the shower is visible from the rest of the room (though toilet is not), FYI for any groups trying to share the bathrooms. There is another shower upstairs (along with 4 bedrooms) and a half bath on entry level

I had a great experience with Hodi! The entire process was very smooth from start to finish. Hodi was incredibly clear and communicative, always quick to respond and super helpful with any questions I had. Overall, an amazing host. I’d absolutely love to deal with Hodi again should the opportunity come up. Highly recommended!
