Large 5 bedroom with private pool and spa with plenty of room for large groups. Located just 5 minutes from the airport, 1 mile from the Strip, and a short 2 minute drive to the South Premium Outlets. Sorry, no parties and/or events allowed. The city will shut you down and we will evict you with no refunds. Please make sure to follow this rule and also observe Quiet Hours between 9pm to 9am this means no noise at all out in back or front yard, and keep all noise within the house to a minimum.

It is located in a quiet and safe community, only 8-10 min from Las Vegas Blvd. The studio count with a luxurious Queen size bed, a sofa bed, 55 inch TV, Wifi, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, silverware, cookware, rice cooker, Iron, hair dryer, washer and dryer and many other things for your comfort. Comfy 3 Bdrm Home Close to Strip/Nellis/Speedway

SANITIZED AND DISINFECTED!! All the comforts of home are here in our 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath house. Our cleaning includes sanitizing and disinfecting of everything because everything is wiped down with Lysol. "PLEASE NO SMOKING OF CIGARETTES OR WEED INSIDE MY HOUSE." There's a nice sized kitchen equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, stove/oven, refrigerator, pot/pans, cups, plates and so forth. There is a washer and dryer. We do have HI Speed Internet for our large screen Smart TV.

There is a bus stop right around the corner and a min market 5 min walking distance three major casinos all within a 5 mile distance and a Walmart within 3miles you have your own little yard area and a space in the driveway and a post office 2 miles. I will be charging a $40 refundable pet fee that you will get back if there are no issues with your pet.
