As our guest at The Palms Place, you'll have access to an array of amenities including a sparkling pool, free valet/parking, and gym. Guests also have easy access to the Palms Casino via a short walk in the connecting indoor walkway!

Palms 53rd floor strip view

1 floor below the Penthouse level is the 53rd Floor Strip View. Palms 🌴maids now charge $153 cleaning fee starting Jan 1, 2026. Plus a Deposit for the hotel is required. $100 ea day. (We are not allowed to use our own maids at a cheaper cost.) 1.2 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. Fully furnished, I installed an 85 in Fire TV, across from the king bed, with sleeper sofa, a rainfall shower, jetted tub, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Its prime location between Bellagio and ARIA ensures easy access to entertainment and dining options.
