Monthly Rentals in Downtown Denver

Stayed here for a month — overall, a great spot! It's a private, comfortable, and well-arranged space. Mike was helpful & responsive throughout my stay. Gripes included water taking a couple minutes to heat up and the door(s) not having screens, meaning fresh air always meant flies (and potentially cats if you aren't monitoring it). That said, the value of this place is unbeatable and I would certainly stay here again. Thanks Mike!

This Airbnb is in Espadín LoHi which appears to be all apartment style short term rentals in the building. It was a holiday week / weekend so it was full of other out of town guests so not the quietest place, but it was totally fine for me. The location is 10/10 amazing! Apartment was newer, spacious, and modern. The smart locks with codes were a bit of a pain, but they ended up working. I would recommend staying here.

I would highly recommend staying at a place Cindy and Tim are hosting! I had an extended stay with them and they were always responsive, helpful, and friendly. If something ever broke/wasn’t working properly they had the issue resolved promptly.

I stayed here for several months during the summer—it was perfect for my long-term stay. The light wells provide a great amount of natural light, and the amenities were great (large bathroom, functioning kitchen, comfortable furniture, good wifi). Parking was never an issue. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a good-value long-term stay, but it would certainly function as a home base for shorter trips to Denver as well!
