Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Downtown, Calgary

Girlfriend and I stayed at Shaedon’s house with our 9 month old pup for a weekend getaway. The house was a terrific space and the fenced yard with a big yard was fantastic for the pup. The house is a 10 minute walk from the Kensington area and 5 minutes from the beautiful river walk area. Would highly recommend the home and would definitely stay there again. Communication was outstanding and an issue with a rather minor piece of equipment was resolved in a couple hours even tho it wasn’t required. 5 Star Hosts and a 5 Star place!!

My family spent 2 months. The house was exactly as described and Dean was an amazing host. Both him and his wife were warm and welcoming and made sure we were happy on our first night. They're super friendly and were happy to have conversations with us. Theres a fantastic view of downtown Calgary around the block and the bus and train are very close. The neighborhood is quite and peacful. There's grocery store within a 10 minute walk. I'd definitely recommend staying here to anyone

We have just returned from a great vacation at Amy's walkout basement apartment. Amy is a very responsive and friendly host, and returned our texts almost immediately. Check-in was easy, and the apartment was spotless. Situated in a quiet and peaceful place, with a beautiful view over the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed and a super comfortable bed. We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and clean with lots of natural light and open space. It was a great location and Chad was friendly, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. We would highly recommend and would stay there again if we're back in the area.

This is a great space that's clean, comfortable, and filled with lots of vibrant plants. With the big windows and balcony/patio, the loft feels like part of the outdoor space. The location is perfect with easy access to downtown, event centers, and all of Calgary's biking trails. Antonio and team were very responsive and friendly hosts. We would highly recommend, and can't wait to return soon!

Very enjoyable stay for our weekend in Calgary. Place is as advertised, clean, quiet, well appointed. The instructions were clear and delivered in a timely manner, the host was easy to reach, and the location of the place was in a nice part of Calgary with stores and restaurants within walking distance. Great place for a larger family or a group of friends. Would definitely return to stay here again!!

The condo was most comfortable, spotlessly clean, and close walking distance to cafes, shops and grocery store in the trendy area of Kensington. Tola was a very accessible host and responded quickly to any questions. My stay was very enjoyable and felt like home. I highly recommend staying here!

This was a fantastic stay! Our hosts, Richard and Teresa, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was very comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. A particular highlight was the stunning city view from the property. It was breathtaking both during the day and at night. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place! Very walkable to different areas in Calgary and perfect for our trip. The space was clean and well organized and maintained! Zachary was responsive to all our messages and was very helpful in explanations of the area as well as good communication for getting in and out of the bnb. It was an amazing space and would love to stay again.

What a special little cottage. Don't expect luxury and that everything works flawlessly... it is just like your uncles cottage by the lake :) You wake up to nature and wrap up the day relaxed by the fire looking over a river. You are also steps away from amazing restaurants in the Mission on 4th st. We enjoyed every single day we were there and so did our dog chasing squirrels around and staring at beavers and geese on the river. Rhiannon is also super responsive and helpful anytime.

Rhiannon is very quick to respond to any questions (even when I had to message at 5 am because I forgot to ask her a parking question 🤦‍♀️) I love the property. It’s difficult to leave and want to go do other activities because it’s so peaceful. This is my second stay there and I’m sure I’ll be back as long as that old, beautiful house is standing. It doesn’t feel like you are in the heart of the city at all. I could just lay on that hammock and look over the river, while reading a book, for hours. My dogs enjoyed the yard and we were blessed with awesome neighbours, that also brought their dog along to the neighbouring Air BnB. It really is the perfect piece of heaven. You’d be crazy not to stay here.

This is a hidden gem. The property is outstanding for scenic views. The cabin was perfectly clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for all of your cooking needs. There is a lovey soaking tub in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable and there are views from each. Omar is the host with the most. I felt welcomed and experienced great hospitality. The location is perfect. Close to the airport, maybe 20 minutes to downtown Calgary, and close enough for amazing road trips. I highly recommend going to The Royal Tyrell Museum. Don't pass this one up, truly a gem.
