This is a great place if you prefer clean modern and extra touches like toothbrushes and soap and spices in the kitchen and bottled water.

This place was just amazing. We are a family of 4, with 2 under 2 and a pregnant wife and the condo was just perfect for us, with everything we needed for the kiddos and us and the VIEW is just breathtaking. It’s was extremely clean !!! All of us just loved the condo and location, walkable to everything Calgary has to offer. Would stay here anytime and definitely recommend Teresa’s place to anybody, her communication was great ! Overall, flawless experience! Thank you so much Teresa and Steven ! Blessings ! 🙏

King’s place was perfect! Great location; immaculately clean, and sooo many thoughtful touches (motion sensor night lights in some rooms, oil & diffuser, etc). King was super responsive and easy to communicate with - he even let me check in early so I could drop off my bags before exploring! Instructions were thorough and clear, no issues with understanding anything. Able to control the temperature which was amazing. Location was great - super walkable and close to 17th ave with great restaurants and shops, felt safe and I walked alone by myself (single female.) Took me 1 hour to transit there from the airport (2 easy buses). ONLY 2 downsides I noted were the bed was quite firm (for my preference), and I wished there was furniture (or at least a lawn chair) on the patio because it had a great view and I wished I could have cozied up out there to watch the sunset! Regardless, would stay again and would recommend!

We stayed for 1 week. The condo was really clean and was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. The view over the river is beautiful. The East Village is right on the edge of town and the downtown and river is totally walkable. Street parking was mostly available (6pm-9am is free) but there are plenty of parking lots around if not. Would definitely recommend this unit.

the stay at Elton's condo was my homework two months. I would highly recommend anyone how is looking for house in a friendly environment and close to all the main places and with a transportation of the train close by this is the place. also, Elton, the owner was helpful in any way he could.

my husband and I stayed at The Guardian, which is the name of their condo building in their one bedroom condo overlooking beautiful downtown calgary from the 13th floor; the view is breathtaking, especially sunsets and all the lights, calgary tower etc. Jen and steven provided clear cut instructions for check in and check out, which made the process easy. above all, they are quite responsive on airbandb messages. their condo had all the amenities you can think of. the building gym was undergoing maintenance but it would be available otherwise. most important was the great parking spot they got us. i had described the size of the vehicle- larger suv- and they ensured we got appropriate size parking in the building heated underground parking garage! thank you for the snacks, unlimited tea, coffee, water :) all their appliances were top notch; brand new. thank you for welcoming us and for the banff pass! would definitely stay here again.

Helen was a great host and the place was spacious and we had lots of room to relax. We were only here for 1 night, but it would be a fantastic place to stay longer term!!

Great charming spacious heritage home. Super central whether you drive, walk, uber or take public transit which is handy in a city like Calgary. The neighborhood is lovely especially if you have kids. Two great playgrounds within walking distance and many other a short drive away. Lots of restaurants and cafes and groceries within walking distance which makes thing handy, yet very peaceful and quiet at night as you’re just far enough away from the action. The house was spotless and the beds were comfortable and a well stocked house. Lots of books and toys and games to keep families busy when you want to stay in for a little downtime and rest and relaxation.

From the moment you step through the pink door you are instantly transported to a perfectly curated, charming old home. All the amenities you could possible need, and then some. No detail left unnoticed. Comfy beds, plush towels, fully functional kitchen, backyard paradise, hot tub… I could go on. Location amazing, walk to everything. Bnbsy’s home was an awesome getaway for my student group’s National Exposition. After checking in, we immediately felt we were a home away from home, as the house was spotless and the host was extremely accommodating offering snacks and local recommendations. The host communicates very fast to any concerns we had, and we were always reassured if any problems arose. This was one of the most hospitable stays we had as a group so far, and we would definitely come back here if we’re in Calgary again!

We had a great stay in Calgary. The unit was comfortable, spacious, and had fantastic amenities. The rooftop patio was a real highlight - such a great spot to relax. Everything was clean and well thought out. Would definitely stay again!

What a fabulous find !!! 4 floors of everything you will ever need. Living spaces, rooms and bathrooms all really clean and spacious. Hot tub and pool table were great welcome additions. Really responsive host and helpful to queries. Would recommend 5 ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

The place was so great and close to so many places such as restaurants, cafes and bars. The view from the apartment was so nice and we were able to see the mountain range clearly. The place itself was so cleaned and beautiful.

Excellent peaceful and quiet location, steps away from the river walks and parks. Balcony is in an alcove protecting from any winds. A/C worked very efficiently and quietly. Paul was accommodating to our request for adjusted stay which was highly appreciated. Highly recommended.

Lovely little apartment in a great location. Few steps to be followed for check in but it was all very clear and we had no issues. Comfy bed plus spare single tucked away on the side of the living room although this area was quite bright from all the windows/light. Apartment was well stocked and well thought out considering its minimal footprint but we didn’t feel cramped. I would stay here again the next time I visit Calgary. Great little bar across the road ‘magpie’ for happy hour and nice restaurants/cafe a short walk away in the Simmons building. Thanks Gordon

I had a wonderful stay here! The place is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful, and it felt like a perfect home away from home. The landlord is incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond and very thoughtful. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!
