Condo vacation rentals in Downtown, Boulder

We stayed at Eitam’s place for two nights while going to a concert at Red Rocks. It was conveniently located in a very quiet well kept neighborhood. The area was very safe and we were able to get a rideshare within minutes. This is a basement apartment, but we had no issues with any noise from the upper unit. The kitchen was perfect for two and the bathroom facilities had everything we needed. The walk in shower had a great waterfall shower head. I had one or two questions during the booking and during our stay. Eitam responded within minutes each time. We would happily return in the future!

Bradley was a fantastic host and his place suited us very well for a family Memorial Day vacation. I recommend booking with him!

We experienced the tranquility of country life, away from the noise, the place was cozy. We enjoyed nature and hiking, we walked around, we went down to the village and relaxed walking in its quiet and attractive main street with fabulous local shops, we enjoyed a meal in a local restaurant and very nice its people so friendly. Thank you so much for such a pleasant stay 😃🙂‍↔️

Best features included the location and patio. Easy to get into the building and unit with clear instructions. Nice 30 minute walk to downtown area. I would stay here again.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay! The location in downtown Denver couldn’t be more perfect—walkable to everything. The space was beautifully decorated, super clean, and really well stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was seamless, and having convenient parking was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!

If you ever need a place to stay in Denver, you must stay at The Disco Den! Every inch of space here is carefully curated to send you back to a time when things were groovy and fun! There are disco balls, vintage glass, vintage furniture… even the colors scheme will take you back to the disco era! It is located in a quiet neighborhood blocks away from downtown Denver. We came to Denver for the Coldplay concert and this was THE perfect spot for us. Thank you to Mid Mod Mike for a wonderfully appointed space to stay during our visit.

Great location in Denver, walkable to Rockies stadium and lots of other things. Lots of space in the condo. Very clean.

The apartment was very convenient and well decorated. Thoughtful amenities and very clear instructions. The host was easily available for any help or advice and made our stay easy and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

This place was absolutely beautiful, I cannot recommend it enough! It is 10,000ft in the middle of the mountains with views all around. Even though it is a condo, we often felt like we were the only people there. It is right next to the St. Mary trail so we were able to easily hike. Jason was incredibly kind and attentive to all of our questions and made the stay very easy. Notably, if you are staying here I highly suggest a car (you might be able to find an Uber up from downtown Idaho Springs, but getting back down will be more difficult). If it is available def book this place!!

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

The owner is a great communicator. Very proactive and responsive. His place was incredibly clean with plenty of amenities, linens, and a well stocked kitchen. . Great location close to Goose Creek Path, coffee and restaurants, and just minutes to drive to anywhere in the city.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient, their is plenty of space, and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Denver, especially if you want to be close to downtown but not right in the hustle and bustle.

Jennifer’s place was a terrific place to stay. The neighborhood was amazingly quiet (even from traffic noise). It was very well-stocked in terms of “everyday” items you would use to cook and a great assortment of dish ware and pots and pans. Lots of fluffy towels and a great assortment of toiletries. The king sized bed was soooooo comfortable and the linens so very soft. Centrally located with restaurants and CU-Boulder all!within easy-to-drive distances. We would definitely consider staying here again! Thanks so very much.

Alexandra’s place was exactly what we were looking for! We wanted to stay in a residential neighborhood that had easy access to several Denver neighborhoods but wasn’t necessarily in the hustle at bustle— this totally fit that bill! The home was very comfortable, well-equipped, and safe. We had some iffy weather while in town, but our hosts were very responsive and gave great recommendations for how to spend some rainy Denver evenings.

This place is really amazing and we will likely stay here again. Well laid out, extremely well kept. The kitchen is very well kitted out with everything you would possibly need while there. The views are spectacular and the deck area is a wonderful place to sit out and enjoy the air. The hot tub, was a great addition ... we hike a lot and it's great to come back and relax those aching muscles. The location is also great, we don't like crowds, so being out of Estes itself was great, but only a few minutes down the hill to town. Likewise access to Rocky Mountain National Park was also close by. NOTE: be ready for those 2 flights of stairs unloading on your first day, at 7,500ft, it literally takes your breath away ... but it is so worth it.

Quiet location. Recently updated. Everything was thoughtful and nicely done. High quality appliances. Well equipped dishes and flatware. Super clean. Lots of cozy blankets. Spacious primary bedroom and bathroom. Something to be aware of, the couch and side chairs are low, around 15”, which will appeal to some and can be challenging for others to get in and out of.

Bohdan and Hillary were very responsive. House was amazing, very comfortable and had everything required to make our stay comfortable.

Aimee’s place was great! Walkable to pearl street. She was very communicative and friendly!

It was perfect for what we needed. A place to relax, chill and sleep.

The condo was perfect and the view was beautiful!

Great place to stay when traveling for business as it is a short drive to DTC and short walk to Cherry Creek Trail for running or biking.
