From the front door it’s a quick trip to Colorado University (CU) Campus, Folsom Field, hiking in Chautauqua and Mt Sanitas, the Boulder Theater, and the many restaurants and bars that make Boulder a year around destination. Get a taste for Colorado life while staying in truly local comfort and style. Just a 2 minute walk from the Pearl St. Mall, the location of the Pine St. Cottage speaks for itself, but that's not all. Originally built in 1910, we recently renovated the space with the goal to rejuvenate and energize all who stay! We wanted to make it comfortable, yet keep the design simple and aesthetically pleasing. Our Cottage will let you feel at peace, yet drive you to explore and experience; it will let you expand your comfort zone, while providing a cozy space to rest and recover. For those summer months we are happy to provide Bike Rentals to our guests! We provide all the basics for you: private parking, a full kitchen, coffee+tea, a bathtub+shower, hairdryer, laundry machines+soap, an ironing board, a hybrid memory foam queen mattress, full HD 4K TV!!+netflix+amazon streaming, Youtube TV, a Playstation 3 for those (very few) rainy days, and Pack and Play for infants! Of course each guest has individual needs and we are happy to meet them. Let yourself unwind and explore life beyond the daily routine! We are here to answer any questions you have, as well as to help make your stay comfortable! We are readily available and will respect everyone's individual needs and space. Located in the heart of boulder, the location simply cannot be beat: walk to world-class dining and cultural experiences at the Pearl St. Mall in downtown Boulder. Don't worry about your car, it will have its own private off-street parking spot, get on your walking shoes and hit the streets! No Car Required!! But a private parking spot is available. We RENT BIKES, just ask for more information! If the Pine St. Cottage is your base camp, you will be within walking distance of all the world class dining and cultural experiences that fill the Pearl St. Mall and downtown Boulder. There is easy access to a number of hiking trails within minutes of the front door. No need for a car with easy access to the Downtown Boulder Bus station and regular buses to Denver, DEN airport, as well as into the mountains to our local ski resort Eldora. We highly recommend utilizing the Boulder Bcycle system for getting around town. The Pine St. Cottage is fully licensed, and operating legally, as authorized by the City of Boulder.

While this studio is priced a bit higher than some, there is a reason. It's an absolutely amazing space in an incredible Boulder neighborhood. I loved the place. It’s really the perfect alternative to a hotel. Beautiful view of the hills and a short walk to some great hikes. Also a short drive or bike ride to downtown Pearl Street area. The place itself is very cozy and everything is new so it’s all very clean and in great condition. There’s no microwave or toaster or any way to heat anything so more like a really nice hotel room in a beautiful area with more privacy, but you need to be comfortable going out and taking advantage of the great restaurants. Sue was very responsive and helpful and the instructions were really clear. All in all the place was perfect for me. I would definitely stay there again.

My husband & I felt right at home. Laura's a lovely person. So easy to talk to. She was helpful when we had questions about parking in Boulder and suggested some interesting places to visit. We stayed in their room named Gorgeous for 3 nights. Slept very well! The area is a nice residential area with parking (free) available on the street in front of the house. Her kitchen came equipped with beverages, bananas n portioned cereal mixes. It came with filtered water, too. She had a tray of yummy snacks in the room as well. The room had heater/AC and a white noise machine! Ample hooks and shelves and dedicated hooks in the shared bathroom for our towels. Thank you, Laura and Jim for a pleasant stay. It made our 1st time in Boulder memorable.

This place is a peaceful abode of a gem! It was so serene and beautiful. Hiking right out the door to endless trails. Quiet and gorgeous. Christina was very communicative and helpful. We will definitely return if we have the chance and would have stayed indefinitely if possible!

I absolutely loved my stay in this beautiful forest retreat. I felt so comfortable and cozy, and resourced. Everything I could have needed was thought out and stocked in the house. Even epsom salts for the bathtub! Anne-Marie has curated a peaceful, quiet incredible sanctuary here. I love to cook and it was amazing to arrive to a fully stocked kitchen with everything I needed including spices and oils. No detail has been overlooked. She has thoughtfully and lovingly made this a true retreat. I never want to stay anywhere else when I am in Boulder. This place is magical, special, and once again, luxuriously comfortable

We came to Boulder to run in the 45th Bolder Boulder 10K race and Dallice's house was close to all the activities associated with the race. Dallice gave us great recomendations for restaurants in the area. Parking on the street in front of her house was easy. We could come and go as necessary. Dallice provided coffee early in the morning before we had to leave for the start of the race. (Note: Dallice also ran the race.) We enjoyed the family's cats and dog and liked seeing the chickens in the back yard. The bedroom (which had a refrigerator) was very comfortable, and the bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, was lovely...great shower. We had full access to the kitchen and to the living room, where we sat to read and watch TV. We would be happy to stay again!
