Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Downtown Athens

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation and it was perfect. It was easy to get back and forth to campus. The space was the perfect size for our family, was very clean and had great amenities! Kendra was a very friendly and responsive host. I highly recommend staying here for any events at UGA!

Kendra’s place was very clean with comfy bed and bed linens. Parking was ample and close.

Very convenient location for a short stay to go to a wedding in Jefferson. The stores and restaurants in walking distance came in handy. Well kept grounds and awesome amenities. Convenient to DT Athens. Only 10 min drive. The unit was very spacious and beds were comfortable. We would definitely book this again when visiting family.

The place is wonderful and feels new, actually I think it is. Everything was clean and well maintained. The layout of the apartment was really good. The only thing I think should be changed is the checkout time; 10:00 am is really early, maybe 12:00 pm will be a better time. Also, to have a Publix so close is wonderful. Thanks Aveline for everything.

The location in Athens is right by the stadium. Everything was as pictured online. The apartment is clean and tidy. We were forewarned of the three flights of stairs; the peacefulness on the balcony makes the climb worthwhile. We would definitely stay here again.

I was with a group that was looking for a convenient, clean and safe location in downtown Athens, and this place was great. Centrally located, on site parking for multiple cars, attractive unit with great beds, clean bathrooms and plenty of supplies. We were worried that it would be noisy since it was downtown on a weekend, but the location of the unit on the 6th floor combined with the location in the building minimized the noise levels. Our only suggestion is that the bathrooms could use some refreshing due to wear and tear, but otherwise it was a great place to stay and we hope to stay there again. We also loved that Jittery Joe's coffee was offered around the clock in the lobby, and the personnel on the front desk could not have been nicer or more helpful, but in advance and during check in and check out.

A perfect location for downtown Athens. So many walkable bars and restaurants. The covered garage is a real bonus for the area where parking can be expensive. Good clear comms with the host. The reception staff were fantastic and really helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

This apartment was perfect for our trip to Athens for a friend’s wedding. Very close to downtown and campus. The location and the apartment were both perfect.

We’ve stayed in several AirBnBs in Athens the past four years. This one is the best location and nicest of all of them! The location makes everything downtown walkable and even walked to Sanford. Her description, instructions, and customer service were excellent! It was perfect for two sets of parents during our UGA student’s parents weekend.

Great place, great location, accurate pictures of the rooms, quite pricey on a game weekend, but so is everything in Athens!!

Beds are comfortable as well as sofa. We had everything we needed for our parents weekend stay for 2 couples. We walked to everything downtown, easy in and out parking for our event that was further out. There is noise at night (Athens doesn't sleep!) but that didn't bother us. We used the sound machine on our phones and slept great! Front desk staff is also friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again!

What a wonderful place to stay for a busy weekend! Megan and Jeff were wonderful hosts and their home is just gorgeous! We hope to be back next year...without falling down!

Great location, very private and easy to find. The host had a lot of items ready in the pantry and refrigerator, very accommodating. Instead of rushing and jammed with everyone in the restaurant after the graduation ceremony, we were able to come back to the house and had lunch/dinner that I prepared, enjoyed and relaxed for a couple of hours between running in between 2 ceremonies!

It was a big game day and we were so appreciative to have found her place! She was a delight! So friendly and so appreciative and overly accommodative. She is going to provide van service soon so that will make this a perfect place to stay for a game or whatever else you may be in Athens for. Anyone who goes to Athens for an event knows how hard it is to get a hotel room. Our 16 year old son enjoyed having his own space to watch his Netflix. Mary cooked us breakfast. :) Very clean and it looks exactly like the pictures. We truly enjoyed our stay with Mary. We love Mary!!:)

A nice quaint stay with Karim’s residence. Nestled in the hills outside Athens was wonderful. The house does have some eclectic style and old charm.

The friendly host, the adorable pets, and the peaceful residential neighborhood were a lifesaver on the day of the graduation and commencement ceremonies, when every spot in Athens was overpriced and completely booked.
