Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Downtown, Asheville

Holly’s place was perfect for our weekend trip to Asheville. It’s so close to downtown that it made a great home base. We always felt close enough to drop stuff off or hangout and take a breather. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Shane was a great host, very flexible and accommodating to us! We loved the location and the place itself was nice and clean. Lots of amenities to help you feel at home :)

Wes was an exceptional host — thoughtful, warm, and genuinely welcoming. He checked in to ensure we had everything we needed and greeted us with such kindness upon arrival. The home itself was incredibly well-appointed, with every detail considered. We were greeted with fresh flowers, a personalized welcome sign, and even treats for our dog — such a heartfelt touch that set the tone for our entire stay. Wes has truly created a space that feels both relaxing and special. We look forward to returning.

Amazing, friendly and responsive hosts. The accommodations were as advertised and more! We’ve stayed on two different occasions and will return. If you’ve never been to Asheville this is a great property from which to explore the city because it’s close by, and yet it feels like you’re secluded in the mountains.

Comfortable stay. Peaceful neighborhood, walkable to some highlights in West Asheville with quick access to downtown. Hosts provided detailed info and proactively communicated.

We had such a fantastic stay. I believe this is the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. Our hosts were flexible and responsive, and took care of the one issue we had with the sink. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with dishes, glassware, etc. The property was pristinely, clean and well cared for. Our only hiccup was someone coming by and asking for money, but that’s just a side effect of being in a city I suppose. This was still an absolutely lovely stay. Thank you so much. I hope we were good guests.

Annual trip with my brother. This was our second stay, and it was as great as it was last year. It’s just a super lovely space on a surprisingly secluded property. Sitting porch is gorgeous. The backyard is gorgeous. Hot tub is clean and inviting. Location is good (walking distance for lots of West Asheville stuff). Mike was very engaged helping us coordinate dates and attentive to every bit of communication. We’re grateful for the lovely base camp.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The landscaping is beautiful. The location is so peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and taking in the surroundings. The apartment itself was so quaint and cozy. We felt right at home. The homemade banana bread went great with our coffee in the morning. This has easily became one of our favorite airbnbs that we have ever stayed at.

Beautiful and peaceful place to relax and get away from everything but close to Asheville and other areas I wanted to visit. Very well put together and thought out. I enjoyed the swing on the back porch in the mornings. The spa like bathroom is also very relaxing. For this trip, I was on my own and appreciated that there was a secluded feeling but the owners were above and available if needed. Everything I needed for a peaceful get away was provided. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Frank and Peter are simply the best hosts we've encountered in our years of Airbnb. This is not hyperbole - their apartment is spotless, has everything you need, their communication is as prompt and clear as it gets and when they see you, you are treated as an old friend. The amenity description does not exaggerate and the photos are not staged. This apartment is not to be missed if available.

Fantastic experience for our Asheville adventure. Nice and secluded, shaded and private, close enough to the action, and far enough away for a piece of mind. The next next time we come to Asheville again for a festival we’re definitely gonna stay here. This bed is one of the most comfortable beds. We’ve had the pleasure of sleeping in around the world. Kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very accessible and helpful. Check-in was a breeze.

Jennifer’s place was super clean and we loved the comfortable and stylish furniture. I walked the neighborhood for exercise and felt totally safe. Bonus! There is a Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods within walking distance.

A wonderful place to stay while in Ashville. Katie has a very comfortable apartment with many artistic features that create a relaxing mood while staying at her place. We loved all aspects of the apartment- the gorgeous tile in the shower and kitchen, the very comfortable bed and linens and the full kitchen with all you need and more. Also consider how close to downtown and RAD are. We walked down to Anoche, a local outdoor Mexican themed bar, the Odyssey art collective gallery and RAD brewing with several food trucks. I highly recommend staying at Katie's place!

This places was exactly what we needed, Jacob was always a quick responder, and everything was clean and organized. Totally recommended.

Cute place! Loved the coffee/tea bar in the kitchen! The mattress was very comfortable & the bed linens were high quality. The updated features (matte black faucets, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, sound machines) coupled with the great communication, confirm that this host understands, and strives to achieve, genuine hospitality !! Water pressure in the (not en-suite) shower was weak🥲. You can hear people in the upstairs unit walking around… if you’re sensitive to noise like that, just be aware … Overall… this unit is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in with AIRBNB and we hope to come back again soon!

Tamra was super friendly. All was as described. Area is beautiful. Hot tub, quick walk to Lookout Mountain hiking trails, and short drive to cute Black Mountain town were a big plus!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Very close to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Elevator building and closed garage. Felt very safe inside. Well equipped and stocked. Bed was super comfy too!

Great location! It was practically across the street from Asheville Yards. Will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town for a concert.

We really appreciated all the small touches making us feel welcome. For example filtered water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, shampoos, laundry soap and chocolates. The place was very clean and updated. It was very quiet and peaceful. It was also very enjoyable to see and use their pottery pieces. They were both very friendly. Her description was perfect in saying that they are in a quiet neighborhood but close to lots of fun things to do. We will definitely be back.

You can’t go wrong staying at Libby’s place. Libby communicated clear check in instructions and was always responsive. The condo was immaculate. The beds are comfortable and the master bathroom roomy. The kitchen is well-equipped with anything you might need and then some. New Belgium is right across the street, and the River Arts district is within walking distance. Having garage parking is an added bonus. I would love to stay at Libby’s again if I’m ever back in Asheville

Great location. Nice condo with good furnishings. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop balcony. Would definitely rent this space again.
