My great grandparents, Swan and Johanna Johnson immigrated to America in the 1860's, found this land which was similar to Sweden. They raised their family here. Approximately 65 Swedish families settled in this community, became to be know as the "Swede Hills". We just received the Hoosier Homestead Award from Indiana celebrating the Sesquicentennial Award. This 1100 SF 3 bed/2 bath home is perfect for your multi-family or individual stay. It is located on 40 feet of water frontage on Magician Lake. A pontoon boat is included in the rental from May to mid-October. Additional private/walk-in lake access for all Bay properties is just down the street. Fish off the dock, take the boat for a few laps around the lake, or anchor at Hemlock island and enjoy the shallow waters surrounding it!

Perfect quiet home on Kelsey Lake. It’s a small no wake lake on 85 acres. Great for pontoons, kayaks, paddle boats and small fishing boats only. Great clean lake for swimming and has a great shallow area for kids to swim at the point close to where the house is at.
