Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Douglas Lake

Adriana was very responsive and helpful. The home was very clean. Loved the no touch hand soap in all the bathrooms. S’mores forks and lighter was a welcome surprise. The local Goat was one of her restaurant recommendations. It was awesome! Very nice pots and pans in the kitchen. The driveway and the walk down to the lake are both very steep. You can drive around instead but beware the cardinals are infatuated with the windows and mirrors. We had to find a car wash after their visit!

We were delighted with this beautiful bluff home from the moment we arrived. The house was tastefully decorated and immaculate, the rooms were large, the beds comfortable, the game room was inviting, and the view was spectacular. When we want a few quiet days away or a place in the mountains to gather with family and friends, we will certainly be checking to see if Three Pines Lodge is available.

This cabin was everything we wanted and more. From the second we pulled up to the cabin we were able to start relaxing and enjoy the scenery. The farm animals was an added bonus that we enjoyed. We will definitely stay again!

Staying at Pam’s place was such a unique and unforgettable experience! The property is an old gas station turned vintage market, and we absolutely loved it. It’s full of charm and character, with so many little details that make it feel special and nostalgic. The location is perfectly secluded—right in the middle of nowhere in the best way possible. It was peaceful, quiet, and a perfect escape from the busy world. Pam was a fantastic host—welcoming, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about her space. We can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for something out of the ordinary, this is the spot. We’re already talking about coming back. Thank you, Pam!

This house was absolutely STUNNING! Every day the view was just amazing. Owners VERY responsive! Enjoyed the hot tub and unit was well equipped in kitchen and nice touch with starter supplies. We found beds comfortable and all 6 of us (adults) could find some privacy. Enjoyed the billiards and the fireplace on the balcony was the perfect backdrop to talk about our adventures. The road was a bit scary if you are afraid of heights and hairpin turns! We got more comfortable as the week went on but we were still reluctant to drive in the dark! The house was good location to Sevierville. Enjoyed Holstens for dinner. The main drag is only about a 25 minute drive. Gatlinburg was about a 35 minute drive. Smokey mountains NP about 45 mins from house . We saw 6 bears on this trip. 1 ran past us in the driveway and we got a good picture from the balcony. Be careful to lock the doors to your car! The cabin was located in a very private gaited community overlooking a spectacular view. Whether it was sunny or raining the deck overlooking the mountains was peaceful and beautiful. The house exceeded our expectations. We look forward to staying at Plein Air again.

Daniel was a great host! We had a great time at the cabin. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. I would recommend a 4wd vehicle due to the road heading up to the cabin. I will say the views once we got up there were spectacular! Beautiful porch for coffee sipping!

If I could give a 10 star 🌟, I would! Loved the design, the view, the peaceful atmosphere! Everything was provided, even entertainment for our 3 year old grandbaby girl with a basket of toys! We celebrated Thanksgiving, family of 10 accommodated perfectly creating a memorable experience for all! Enjoyed our backyard smores fun by the firepit as well! Displays the thoughtfulness and caring spirit of the hosts! We appreciate you!

Great host! Great value! Everything was easy and smooth right from the starts. No issues whatsoever but if we did have one we were confident they would get back to us extremely quickly.

Kathleen’s place is exactly as described in the pictures. Very clean, spacious, beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains, close to all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our one night stay to go to Dollywood. We were thankful for the kitchen since it was pouring rain and we decided to stay in for the night and cook our dinner. We had plenty of towels and linens. It was quiet and we didn't even see any other occupants.

So excited to see the mountains every morning. This is why we came to the area in the first place! Great decor and amount of space for two of us. Comfy bed and cute outdoor space we actually made time to use. If you want a place to decompress this is it! Plus Annie is super cute.

this home was beautiful and clean. my family and I felt right at home! the drive up wasn't too bad! the house was very spacious. Robert was very responsive, We had asked for a recommendations for places to eat and he gave us a list which we really enjoyed! highly recommend staying here!

So I must say for our first visit to Tennessee this was a great first impression. The place was spot on with the pictures. It is kept up very well. Location, location, location. The cabin is in the perfect location for all of the attractions in the area. Close enough to everything, but far enough away as to not get caught up in the tourist traffic. If you are looking for peace and tranquility in a quaint location with gorgeous views this is the place to be.

We couldn't have BETTER things to say about this place! If you're on the fence- look no further! Book this now! We are private people, who really enjoy a peaceful setting. This was THE PERFECT LOCATION. So many things to do, so many shops, restaurants, etc within the proximity of the home. We really loved the pool being so close to the unit! The hosts are amazing, and are extremely communicative! Photos match the space precisely!

From the other reviews, it seems like everyone gets a different unit based on how the resort fulfills the reservation. That being said, our family of four (two little kids 5&7) LOVED staying at the Westgate resort. We used the waterpark each day, and that helped make this AirBNB totally worth it. We also stayed on top of the mountain...which was amazing. Played mini-golf for free. Quick access to Gatlinburg for dinner and to the mountains for the hikes. Clean units, kids slept on sofa couch, we had private bedroom. Kitchen to make pack lunches for hikes. Large bathroom. Just be sure to say 'no' to the 'free lunch and tour' so you aren't stuck on a long sales pitch. Units do connect to each other via connecting door, but thankfully we had quiet neighbors and didn't hear them.

We had a wonderful 4 night spring break! The house was exactly as described. We really enjoyed the hot tub and playing pool with the kids each night. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The location could not have been better. It was a short drive into Gatlinburg to walk around and shop. We also drove into Pigeon Forge for Dollywood one day. That’s a little longer drive but very easy. We will definitely be renting again.

It was an absolute delight to stay at Victor & Tammy's cabin. the place looked brand new, the view was incredible, and it felt like home. We've already shared the listing with friends and hope to return in the near future.
