Movie Park can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car, Westfield Centro or Schalke Arena in approx. 20 minutes, but there is also a good bus connection (approx. 100 m). A small supermarket is approx. 1 km away, a petrol station open 24/7 approx. 300 m and the Grafenmühle holiday area approx. 3 km away. Larger supermarkets are located within a radius of approx. 4 km.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The cities of Essen (city center 14 km), Oberhausen (CentrO, 7 km), as well as the ski hall (Alpincenter, 7 km) and the Movie Park (12 km) can be reached quickly by car. Spacious, bright vacation home (135 m² living space) on the edge of the district of Haltern-Lavesum, with beautiful views of the Hohe Mark, on a 1000 m² garden plot. Haltern-Lavesum is idyllically surrounded by fields and forests. The Halterner lakes are just around the corner. Tourist destinations such as the Ketteler Hof, Wildpark Granat, Roman Museum provide plenty of variety for young and old. In Haltern am See, there is a varied culinary offer from beach bar to 1 star restaurant.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. Our apartment is a small, attached cottage with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a 360-soul village on the edge of the Ruhr area. Here you combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big metropolises offer. In Erle stands the oldest oak in Germany. A chestnut avenue, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.
