Comfortable and cozy apartment in Fondamenta delle Romite, close to Accademia and Zattere. Very quiet neighborhood, but, at the same time, close to everywhere. Piazza San Marco is 15 minutes, Piazzale Roma 10 minutes, Train Station 15 minutes walk. All water bus lines, various shops, small restaurants, venetian osterie, fish market, supermarkets, cafes, very nice enoteca wine and finger food, and ice cream at few minutes walk. The atmosphere of the apartment like an artist loft with large windows, high ceilings, wooden floors. The rooms: a small entrance hall, a spacious double bedroom, a comfortable living-reading room, a bright equipped kitchen with an old marble dining table, a bathroom with shower. The windows overlooking our home green garden, where we cultivate grape, lemon, aromatics, red pepper, plants and flowers, high trees. We are, my wife and I, both Venetian, and gladly available with our guests, (we'd like to receive a short profile of guests before booking) for information about Venice, and fascinating boat itineraries in the lagoon.
