The apartment is located at' Molino Stucky, an historical building beautifully restored in 2005, where also lies the HILTON HOTEL. The apartment is 700sf (65sm) and 'consists of a large bright living room with sofa bed, chase lounge, 40"plasma TV with DVD/MP3 player with sound bar, a safe, Internet WiFi and a very well equipped kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms with all the comforts. The housing is overlooking the canal and lying in bed one can see, on Sunday, the big cruise ships, but without suffering any noise. The apt is on the 5th floor, in result of which there is plenty of light. The bed linen and towels are provided. The proximity to the Hilton Hotel gives you different possibilities within: a very good restaurant called AROMI and a great SPA with GYM. Moreover, from the top floor of the Hilton, as well as the stunning views of the canal, one can enjoy a "bellini"cocktail from the renown SKYLINE BAR which is accessible to non-guest of the hotel, and boast various events depending the season. In addition, about 300 m. from the apt. resides the famous HARRY'S BAR. "The discovery of delicious restaurants on "Foundations"(Venetian name that indicates the way), will be very exciting. I can recommend few, less obvious and superior, always in the same island, reachable by foot through street and bridges, within 10min . Excellent location! The studio is not very large but well-equipped, the sofa bed on the other hand is only for one person. The place is quiet, you're just woken up by the bells in the morning. The big plus is the very nice, young, not too touristy and artistic neighborhood and 2 minutes from the Zattere station. A great place.

Absolutely fabulous! The apartment was beautifully decorated from top to bottom. A truly skilled and talented designer created such a luxurious space right in the middle of Venice. All high end finishes used throughout including the sumptuous shower garden. Located steps from everything with easy access to transportation options, the apartment offered every amenity needed for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The host was proactive in all communication and we were met by the agent to provide an overview. Highly recommend this lovely option if you’re wanting an accommodation that is a step above.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Anna and Francesca’s Airbnb in Venice. They were fantastic hosts—so responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment itself was perfect: incredibly spacious with two comfortable bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. There were multiple areas to relax, including a beautiful rooftop patio that offered a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The apartment was stocked with thoughtful amenities like a clothes washer, iron, two hair dryers, and plenty of towels, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the train station, water taxis, and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. It was the ideal base for discovering Venice. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone planning a trip to Venice. You won’t be disappointed!
