Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Dorsoduro, Venice

The property is very spacious and is at 5-7 mins walkable distance from Venezia Mestre railway station. The property was really clean with all furnishments. Well lit and ventilated flat, spotless linens, and full set of crockery/cutlery for 7-10 guests. Natalia was responsive even at 11pm. I call her a perfect host. All in all a perfect stay. We had enjoyable time here.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο όσον αφορά στην καθαριότητα και πλήρως ανακαινισμένο! Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν άκρως φιλικοί και επικοινωνιακοί ☺️ Το σημείο είναι ήσυχο και έχει εύκολη πρόσβαση στην Βενετία και στα γύρω νησάκια! Σας ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ είμαστε ευγνώμων 🌸🌷🪻

Excellent apartment with everything you might need. The inner courtyard is very cozy and perfect for enjoying calm, fresh air. Giacomo is a super host - he accommodated our special request even though it wasn’t previously agreed upon, was very pleasant to communicate with, and provided all the necessary instructions.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement d'Ivana! L'appartement est magnifique et très propre. Merci à Ivana pour sa gentillesse, ses conseils et sa disponibilité ! Le logement est à proximité de la gare de Mirano, très pratique pour se rendre en train à Venise. Nous recommandons ce logement et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir :)

sehr freundlich. flexibler check in was sehr gut war. Übernachtung für paar Tage für den Preis ist super. Leider aufgrund der Hauptstraße ist es relativ laut nachts. Für mich war das noch in Ordnung aber für die Familie etwas laut. Im großen und ganzen war die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt und hatte alles vor Ort was man benötigt. Ich kann die Wohnung aufjedenfall empfehlen wer nur für paar Tage ne Wohnung sucht.

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!

siamo stati accolti da Marina e Patrizio con molta disponibilità e simpatia. La loro casa si trova in un punto strategico per visitare le zone in modo particolare le molteplici piste ciclabili verso Treviso e Jesolo. Vicinissimi negozi, pizzerie e servizi. ottimo il posto macchina riservato in cortile recintato, così come il giardino ad uso esclusivo. consigliatissimo.

Highly recommended , the hosts are very friendly and responsive. They insured that we had a nice Venetian day 😊 Bus to Venice from right across the street , very convenient, so it a supermarket. Go for it!!!

l'alloggio è comodissimo e fornito di ogni necessità. Molto comodo e godibile lo spazio esterno, soprattutto per i cani. Alessandro e Stefania sono molto disponibili e simpatici. Consigliamo senza dubbio questo alloggio e ci torneremo sicuramente!

The place was incredibly spacious and clean. When you enter, the lower level is a large open area. Going up one set of stairs, you encounter the kitchen, a living area, and the bedrooms/ bathrooms all on that level. The pull out couch was all set for us, and it had basically everything we needed. The check-in was easy, and Andree was nice enough to let us keep our luggage on the first floor area since our flight to Athens didn't leave until 3 pm. Any minor issue we encountered had little to do with the host and more with infrastructure issues in the city. She provided many recommendations for us.

We had a fantastic time, thank you! The location is perfect, in a quiet area around the corner from Giardini. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the vaporetto stop is conveniently located at a few steps from the house. The flat is spotless and we immediately felt at home. It has everything you need, from perfect air conditioning to efficient wi-fi (I worked and had Zoom calls during our stay). The hosts were very kind from the beginning and welcomed us in person at the check-in, even if our arrival was delayed to after midnight. Around the corner from the house, Osteria San Isepo serves some delicious food in a quiet ‘calle’. We are looking forward to going back, highly recommended!

Emplacement exceptionnel : vue imprenable sur la lagune, au calme, en face d'un arrêt de vaporetto... Beau et pratique à la fois. Très grande réactivité de Luigi, toujours à l'écoute et attentif : un grand merci ! Nous sommes venus 5 jours à 7 (avec nos 5 enfants de 13 à 23 ans) et nous avons passés un séjour merveilleux à partir de ce logement. Logement bien chauffé (important en décembre !) et eau chaude en quantité, parfait. Un seul bémol : la machine à laver annoncée dans le descriptif n'était pas fonctionnelle et a fait sauter l'électricité. Dommage car nous avions prévu une lessive sur place... On pourrait aussi attendre un peu plus de vaisselle pour 7. Mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir à l'occasion, nous l'espérons ! Nous recommandons.

Quartiere molto tranquillo, casa molto accogliente e confortevole. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili nell'accoglierci nella loro abitazione mettendoci a disposizione tutto il necessario per trascorrere il soggiorno in maniera serena . Consigliatissimo.

Wonderful host and place, very clean and tidy.

Rigtig flot og stor lejlighed, som lå meget centralt. Virkelig en hyggelig placering, hvor man kan se kanalerne lige ude foran vinduerne. Det var lidt svært at finde derhen, men vi fik talt med Carlos i telefon da vi var ankommet som guides os det rigtige sted hen. Vi er ovenud tilfredse og kan klart anbefales det.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in diesem bezaubernden Apartment am Lido. Die Lage ist großartig, ganz Nahe zur Vaporetto-Station und viele Restaurants und Cafés, zugleich ganz ruhig. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Paare. Wir lieben den kleinen Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A szállás csodás volt. Minden helybe kb autóval 2 perc. Azt bántuk, hogy a környék nem túl barátságos. Így a kirándulásokon kívűl nem voltunk sehol.

We - 4 women - just returned from a 5-night stay here. We loved it. We each had a bedroom of our own, and there was a large living room with a sunny balcony. There was also a balcony off the kitchen, which was very well-equipped. The apartment was spotless and there were plenty of towels, etc. Basically, they had thought of everything we might need. The hosts, Maria and her son, who speaks English, were extremely helpful. They live in the same building but are very unobtrusive, while being available if we needed them. The apartment has its own entrance. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette maison pleine de charme avec notre enfant. Le premier étage est conçu comme un appartement bien équipé avec un accès sur une terrasse et un jardin coquet. La localisation sur l'île du Lido est idéale : un quartier calme, à seulement quelques minutes à pied du vaporetto pour rejoindre Venise, avec de bons restaurants accessibles à proximité et la plage à 15 minutes à pieds. Un grand merci à Carla et son époux pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leurs précieux conseils tout au long du séjour. Nous avons apprécié leur réactivité et leur bienveillance. Nous avons adoré cette parenthèse paisible et recommandons cette adresse sans hésiter !

Francesca was incredibly helpful before arriving. We had not visited Venice previously, and her recommendation to take the water taxi in from the airport was exactly what was needed after a long day of travel. She was also quick to communication before and during the stay. A/C was fantastic which was sorely needed during our stay. Location is close to many dining and shopping areas, but off the beaten path. Strongly recommend!

Logement très bien placé, par rapport à nos objectifs. Très belle rénovation avec des matériaux soignés, étudiés, à la décoration efficace et subtile, mais manquant parfois d'aspect pratique ( cuisine, salle de bain...) Le top de l'appartement, étant le jardin terrasse très agréable et bien équipé.

The apartment is amazing, exactly as shown in the photos! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for my stay. The host was incredibly attentive and understanding, especially when I made a mistake. I truly appreciated their kindness and communication. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a due passi dalla stazione, che permette di raggiungere Venezia in pochi minuti, senza stress e senza dover prendere l’auto. Le camere erano pulite, confortevoli e ben attrezzate, ideali per un soggiorno rilassante dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare la città. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Nei dintorni ci sono diverse opzioni per mangiare, tra pizzerie, bar e ristoranti, rendendo ancora più comoda la permanenza. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente, soprattutto considerando la vicinanza a Venezia. Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia visitare la città senza rinunciare alla comodità e a un soggiorno piacevole!

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans l appartement, tout est fidèle aux photos et a la description. Calme, bien situé du côté de l arsenal, accessible à pied. ou en bateau, nous avons été très bien accueilli... Resstaurants et commerces a proximité... Je ne peux que recommander cet appartement pour partir à la découverte de cette magnifique ville, c était magique. Merci
