House vacation rentals in Dorsoduro, Venice

Das Haus ist wunderschön , sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es bietet den versprochenen Platz mit einer guten Einteilung. Jetzt im November war die Heizung wichtig. Das Wlan ist gut, es gibt ausreichend Platz, um auch zu arbeiten. Die Vermieter haben auf Anfrage schnell und kompetent reagiert. Das Haus ist von einem tollen , großen Garten mit großer , überdachter Terrasse umgeben.Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Besser geht es nicht.

We stayed at Gilberto’s place in Villa Roma for my stag do weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Gilberto and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts — incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire stay. From picking us up from the station to helping us with taxi numbers and local recommendations, they went above and beyond in every way. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully kept, a true gem in Jesolo. It had everything we needed and more, making it the perfect base for my stag weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or more gracious hosts. Thank you Gilberto and your lovely wife for making our trip so memorable

Perfect home to stay

Ce séjour fut très agreable. Le logement était conforme aux descriptions et par dessus tout le calme de cette habitation était reposant après une journée à visiter les environs. Ce logement était dans un état irréprochable ce qui fut très plaisant en le découvrant . Nous sejournerons a nouveau chez vous si c'était à refaire 😊

Nous avons passé une très bon séjour, la maison est très paisible, agréable à vivre et bien équipée. L’espace piscine est top! Maria nous a bien accueilli et a toujours été disponible et réactive.

Wir hatten zu viert eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft. Diese war wirklich sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet… wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause…. als ob wir schon immer dort waren. Anfragen, wurden sofort beantwortet… Die Anlage ist klein aber fein 😊 wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und kommen immer gerne wieder. Die Nähe zu den Geschäften und zu den Restaurants, fußläufig erreichbar, finden wir ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft wirklich sehr gerne weiter.

The house is beautiful. Good location for catching the train to Venice, Treviso, Padua and Verona. The bakery is a 2 minute walk and the supermarket is a 10 minute walk. Tanya and Igor were very helpful and we loved sitting outside on the verandah. Thank you very much Christine

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

It was a great place, at a walking distance from from the main railway station, among all happening places of Venice, everything at a walking distance, full of hustle and bustle during tourist season, well equipped with all necessary amenities, the host gave very good advice for local eatries and shopping.

Sehr schönes, kleines, gut eingerichtetes Haus in einem ruhigen, netten Viertel von Venedig, nahe der Biennale, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar und einige gute Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen

Heerlijke week gehad in het appartement van Alessandra. Dakterras was top. Mooi verzorgd appartement, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs een badjas! Ligging van het appartement is dichtbij de bootverbinding Palanca. Vandaaruit ben je zo in Venetië en de locaties van de Biënnale.

Un séjour inoubliable en famille à Venise en grande partie grâce à ce logement! On se sentait chez nous avec un mobilier ancien qui nous plongeait dans l’ambiance. Le logement est idéalement situé à proximité de tout. Nous sommes arrivés en bateau taxi de l’aéroport à 23:30. C’était magique de commencer le séjour de cette façon.

Very beautiful designer apartment, everything is obviously done with taste. Bed linen and towels were very clean. Pillows were comfortable for us. Terrace was very beautiful with flowers. Water pressure in the shower was strong, we liked everything! Thank you.

Wonderful place. Easy walk to almost anywhere in Venice, and the Accademia Vaporetto stop is just a few minutes walk away. Wonderful views feom the Accademia bridge. A/C works great even in the heat wave.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, man ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit dem Bus in Venedig, dieser hält quasi vor der Tür, auch der Airport ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, sehr neu und sauber und man findet alles nötige für den Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und helfen einem schnell wenn man Fragen oder ein Anliegen hat. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Rita's accommodation was cosy and comfortable and in a great location for public transport and the Central train station. The accommodation was close to restaurants shopping strips and many of Venice's historical areas. We would highly recommend Rita's holiday accommodation.

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

Giovanna’s place was wonderful! Quiet and walkable neighborhood, it was a lovely stay. The apartment was comfortable for our group of five, although the sofa bed is a bit small, it would be perfect for four. Thank you so much, Giovanna and Dario, for your hospitality!

Die Wohnung ist super schön und wie beschrieben. Wir mögen Giudecca sehr gerne, weil es etwas ab vom Trubel liegt und ruhig ist. Isabellas Wohnung ist direkt an einer Vaporetto Anlegestelle, wodurch man auch fix auf der Hauptinsel ist. Die Wohnung wartet mit zwei sehr sauberen Badezimmern mit allem, was man/frau so braucht (Shampoo, Duschgel, sogar Spülung) auf, sowie mit sehr bequemen Betten (ein Doppel- und zwei Einzelbetten). In der Wohnküche sind alle Kochutensilien sowie Grundausstattung wie Öl, Salz, Gewürze etc. vorhanden. Da wir uns auf Giudecca auskennen waren wir trotzdem jeden Tag in einem der hervorragenden Restaurants Essen. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Apartment was easy to get to. We took a train to Venezia S. Lucia station and a ferry (bus). A short walk later, we arrived at the apartment. There were clear instructions from Simone and it was easy to check-in. The apartment was spotless and clean which made our stay wonderful.

Lovely stay, the area was amazing - not touristy with local bars and restaurants close by. The place had everything we needed and any questions we had, Nicole was quick to reply with a helpful response!

Modern clean place right in the canal. Host was great. Just be aware you will have noise and tourists floating outside the windows.

Къщата е чудесна, в тих и спокоен район. Имаше всичко необходимо за един приятен престой. Беше много чисто, а терасата на покрива е просто страхотна. Връзката с домакините беше лесна и бърза, настаняването също. Препоръчвам !

This was a beautiful find! Close to all the attractions in the area of Venice we wanted to see. The house was clean and very spacious for my family! Cute and comfortable.
