Fully furnished two bedroom home with large fenced back yard only 1 mile from hospital, shopping, and dining. Full sized mattresses, hardwood floors, lots of tile. Less than a year old appliances. GAS heat. Separate laundry room. Has large backyard deck. Please note that house is next to the highway. Also be advised that Summer is Klamath Midge season. The city releases these non biting bugs in spring to control the mosquitoes, but by the end of summer there are billions of them in the area.

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. This was a wonderful place to stay while in the area for spring birding. Everything was as described and it was very clean and comfortable. Communications were very clear with no need to contact the owners. I loved that the daffodils and apple tree were in bloom when we arrived. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Truly a unique place to stay while visiting Crater Lake, exactly like the description.

Very clean and comfortable house. Plenty of amenities. The neighborhood is older and some houses nearby are blighted, but it was still quiet. The yard needed tending to, as the weeds were getting tall. Also, the neighbor directly across the street was constantly watching everything, and it was uncomfortable at times. The RING doorbell on the front door made it feel as if we were constantly being monitored coming and going. Overall, a good stay, just a few oddities.

We really enjoyed our stay at David’s Airbnb. They were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We loved the wooden interior of the place (felt like a nice cabin in a forest), decor, and cleanliness. Area is very quiet and peaceful. We also really liked all the decor and photographs hung on the walls taken by the hosts. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Had a wonderful stay and wonderful time enjoying the local scenery and peaceful setting. Having the guesthouse separate from the owners living area, let me come and go without feeling like I was intruding. Everything was clean and the instructions made it very easy to find. Highly recommend!
