This pleasantly equipped holiday bungalow is situated in Maarn on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. The house is situated in a quiet location and has a terrace and a large woodland garden. This pretty natural environment offers several possibilities such as uwalks, bike rides and visits to various cities and villages, castles, gardens and museums. Near to the apartment is the Henschotermeer, a natural pond in the middle of hills surrounded by white sandy beaches and green sunbathing area.

The chalet is located inside a vacation park (Proosdij) 900m or 10-15 min walk from the main entrance. Direct access to it is only by boat or bike. The guests stay in our bright bungalow with living room/kitchen , bathroom with bath, toilet and 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully furnished, including dishwasher. The whole is located in our large garden with a characteristic tree, a shaded catalpa. There are several fruit trees. Four chickens provide fresh eggs. There is a seat in the backyard. The backyard is adjacent to a railway line. There is one large bedroom with double bed and one small bedroom with 2 single beds.

Jan's renovated cowshed has 3 spacious double rooms. All rooms have a beautiful private bathroom with shower and toilet. The rooms are accessible via a hallway to a cozy, shared living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee and tea are available unlimited. At pleasant temperatures, one can make use of a cozily furnished barn, which serves as an extra seating area.
