Relax and enjoy your stay in the quiet bedroom (bed 140 wide), in the living room with dining area, in the well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and in the bathroom with bathtub. Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
