My partner and I had a wonderful stay at The Little Barn. From the moment we booked the barn Sarah was attentive and welcoming. The barn was exactly as shown in the pictures and we made good use of the outside seating area in the evenings. This stay was relaxing and gave us a chance to explore the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. Would definitely recommend!

On our way back from our holiday in Norfolk we fancied stopping off for a few days at a nice cottage in Lincolnshire. This cottage was the perfect fit so we booked it. Check in hassle free and the instructions to locate the property were spot on. Amazing cosy cottage in fantastic surroundings even a little outdoor courtyard with table & chairs to sit and have a drink and also a BBQ. We would certainly book this cottage again.

It was our own 'Spring watch' so peaceful with just the birdsong and at times the sound of the distant church bells ringing. Lovely greetings from Edward and Liz on arrival. The travel directions were perfect as the satnav was incorrect. It is certainly on our list to return so peaceful and quiet. Thank you Gordon & Chris

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our dogs and were made to feel very welcome, the cottage was perfect and homely for us all. had great dog walk and dinner at the New Inn all easily walkable from the cottage.
