Around the pool there is a sunbathing area with deck chairs, a garden, an orchard, a children's playground with swings, a slide, a children's playhouse, table tennis, and a fully equipped summer house with a fireplace. The villa has a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

It was completely renovated in 2024 and is equipped with everything a family needs to enjoy and relax by its own pool, and can accommodate up to 6 people in total. The villa has 3 air-conditioned rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, a kitchen and dining room, a barbecue, a terrace and its own parking lot with an e-charging station for electric vehicles. For families with small children, this home also offers a crib and a high chair.

In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed only in house. - Pets are not allowed at the property.
